I have been reading all these horrible reviews but my experience has been mostly positive. I have been a Metro PCS customer since 2017. The phone that I bought when I joined still works perfectly, my bill is $30 per month and the employees in the retail stores are extremely helpful. The only problem I have had in the last 6 years is with Auto Pay. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. Otherwise, I have been extremely satisfied.

I have been trying to port out my phone number for more than 10 days, and their system doesn't work. They create all the problems to not allow you to leave them and continue paying for their horrible plans. They have looked my number from porting out to another carrier two times. I have been spending around an hour everyday to solve this but at the end they don't solve it and they starting accusing other carriers of the problem they have in their system. I am so disappointed!

Your agents are crooked as they come. I wasn't greedy and bc despite me telling them I wasn't interested in obtaining falsified benefits. They have interfered in the most disrespectful way by blocking all services. How will that help the homeless? I don't give away my identity, in Jesus name!

My cell phone bill is due on the 28th of each month so I decided to pay it on 19th this month so on the 29th of this month they cut my phone of so I called them and asked them why they cut my phone off if I paid it do you know what the hell they told me it was cut off cuz I passed my do date man I just went off on them telling them that I paid it on the 19th a week before the 28th this what they said to me but your do date is the 28th of each month know $#*! I told them so because I paid it a week before and NOT ON THE 28th you cut my phone off because that's my do date what kind of $#*! is that

I've been a Metro PCS customer for about 10 years now. And I've had the same plan for about 6yrs. And it's one of the best you can get. 3 lines all unlimited data and text for 78.00 metro actually lowered it last yr. I tell all my family and friends they should go to Metro because what they pay for other companies are way too high and there is hidden fees. I've never had any hidden fees and they are always super helpful and nice and try their hardest to help over the phone.

Super easy to navigate and self explanatory. You can pay online add and discontinue services.

Long time Metro customer and I've been a Metro customer for over 10 years! I absolutely love Metro but soon as I heard T-Mobile was buying them I knew this was going to happen. Absolute worst customer service and every time you turn around they're trying to nickel and dime you to death with late charges and every other kind of thing. Automated service is the worst pile of trash ever and it never works correctly. Bring the old Metro back because we're sick of this T-Mobile trash and I am no longer a Metro customer after today because of their lackluster policies and poor customer service! Metro is not Metro anymore it's T-Mobile disaster! They charged up my account and extra $8 this month and I went into dispute it and they said sorry there's nothing they can do! They're so desperate for those pennies that they're willing to lose a long time customer over $8 ‍ I would advise going anywhere but T-Mobile or Metro. We absolutely love Metro now T-Mobile is chasing us out, but that's okay when they realize that bottom line maybe they'll figure it out

Terrible.lies run away. I complained...I was entitled to. Next thing hundreds of hack sites pop up notifications. I don't open any. Now lots of calls never before. Phone calls from everywhere. I never open anything. They wake me all hours. I'm disabled.in pain. I know they gave my number out. And sending hacks. Funny thing I laugh.doesn't make me angry. So I win. Terrible

I've been with this company 14 years and now is when they turned stupid. How tf is someone supposed to contact customer service if they don't accept 611 calls from a suspended line. It shouldn't have been suspended in the first place. This is ridiculous

I am a new customer of Metro PCS. I am waiting on calls regarding a life and death situation with a family member. I am the decision maker. For whatever reason when some people call me they get a message saying my number is no longer in service. LIE! I pay my bill early. Not late, not on time, EARLY. After numerous calls from the president's office of T Mobile. They have no idea why this is happening. Go with someone else. $40 a month is not worth the lousy service.

So I got a new phone...metro-pcs (@ 229 E.E Butler parkway suite 200 Gainesville,Ga) lost my SD card. And I tried calling customer service about this and my voice mail wasn't working. They erased a vm from a loved one who passed away. And according to them they are sorry (4 1/2 hours later) but I need to call corporate...THERE IS NO WORKING PHONE NUMBER FOR THEM. I'm beyond pissed 17 years and they are losing my business. Today during these phone calls yes calls they laughed about this, hung up on me by manager, lied about a working corporate # was told by a manager that WAS in fact a working # provided by corporate for issues and emergencies,and a $10 compensation was satisfactory to them for EVERYTHING they did. This company is terrible

They give you 1 price quote then when you get there it's completely different and the ones in Dalton, Georgia all have Smart mouth, hateful unhelpful employees I paid cash for a phone and they still had my phone locked for 6 months making me use their terrible service

I have been a MetroPCS customer for 9 years, and I have paid them EVERY SINGLE month on time via bill pay with my bank. Now, I have found out that I have a $400 credit on my MetroPCS account due to over-payment for the last 3 years. I have contacted customer service FIVE TIMES to try to get this refunded to my bank account or sent to me in a check. They have sent me back to my bank to dispute the charges (no can do) and sent me to the local store to get my money back (but they don't DO THAT) and have opened investigations to get this resolved (the case was CLOSED with no resolution). I still have not been able to get in touch with anyone who can GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY -- YOU WILL REGRET IT!

This is a horrible company to deal with -- I am still trying to get my credit balance from my account so that I can go to a better service and a better provider!!

I spend $125 /month for hotspot and ph. My internet service is terrible. It buffers all the time and peak hours it is almost unusable.( and they want to slow down my service if I use more then 35 gigs) I just spent (waisted) approx. 2 hrs. Getting no where with people I find very hard to understand and a supervisor that wants me to pay more money to get my crappy service working! NOT GONNA HAPPEN its time to get another carrier. After 8 years and thousands of dollars they could careless about me as a customer.

I bought a phone charger from one of their stores while traveling in Gary Indiana the charger did not work so I tried to call the number on the slip receipt and it would not work I called for several days and finally called the main metro line they kept me on the phone for about an hour and they could not get through on the number either and then they hung up on me poor customer service. Try the number you will see it does not work and I am 500 miles away

I been with metro since may and never again will I buy a phone or have them as my carrier. First I bought a 300 dollar phone that was suppose to be new wasn't then to top it off as of June I had same plan and I guess they put it upon them to change it. Months later my bill raised to different plans I never asked for every month I have to call them because the plans was changing to no explanation other than I'm sorry let me fix that. I'm done... I will never have nothing good to say or ever return to them...

They basically have me paying for a line I don't even $#*!ing know about and I can't get in touch with there sorry $#*! customer service ppl. Every year Metro gets worse. I'll be looking for a new carrier. Salesman at metro is a $#*!ing con artist. It doesn't even seem like metro background check ppl before they are hired. If they did they wouldn't have $#*!ty ppl working for them. Y'all will reimburse me for that line or imma tear some $#*! up in that store that did this $#*! $#*!.

This company is cheap and you get what you pay for...don't even try to talk to corporate or a customer service agent unless you are trying to give them money you will not get any thing but a run around...hung up on.or an automated machine that with today's technology... Theirs can only understand the words make a payment

We are over your lackluster policies and nickel and diming on every turn. We loved Metro's policies and you're going to continue to lose the rest of us unless until you put those policies back. We're sick of no customer service, we're sick of late charges and don't nickel and dime us with late charges, inconvenience fees and whatever else $#*!ery you're trying to impose on us. Before you could call Metro and before you could call Metro and you would be contacted to a representative that would say thanks for calling Metro. Now you can't get any customer service and if you do get someone on the phone it's going to take you a half an hour to 45 minutes and then you're going to be contacted to Haji Abu that don't beaky any English! They stuck an $8 fee on my bill that I've never had before and I went into contest it and said sorry there's nothing we can do so I said okay you guys are starving for the $8 so much you just lost a customer of 10 years ‍ it's almost like they're trying to get rid of us and make this the worst possible experience ever. Metro in T-Mobile or hot trash and don't give them your money. I'm going to continue supporting everyone's negative review and if somebody knows about a class action suit I would like to join that also

Metro PCS refuse to do any business with Discover Card Company. Metro PCS refuse to except any payment done by customer using Discover Card for free because they are prejudice against particular group of people and things in that company.

My account is due on the 1st of the month. Metro will shut you down if you have not payed by the 1st, but they will not restart your data limit till the next day. So even if you pay you will not be able to use your alotted data

I live in a small town outside of San Antonio TX. The guy who helped us, Michael, was/is great. We explained where we lived, and that my husband drove for a living. We needed something reliable. I'd say about a week or so into our plan we started having problems everyday. Me and my husband can never reach each other. It always says "server unavailable" or something like that. He ended up getting a new phone with insurance, which we didn't even know we had, and that supposed brand new phone is worse than the last. My son spends the night at his friends house down the street, and I have to call his friends phone because my son's data, texting and calling wont work at all. What am I paying for? When I call to report problems the representatives that I can understand try and blame me for the problems. Then after hours of ineffective troubleshooting they have to put tickets in that take 3 to 5 business days! How does anyone live without a phone that long? Plus, during that time the rep has to send your phone a pin number for you to read back to them, but if your phone doesn't work then they won't help you! How can I get a pin if my phone isn't working?! What am I paying for?
