I've ordered hundreds of dollars of seeds from this company. My most recent order never arrived. When I emailed the company they told me to contact the post office there is nothing more they can do. Such a shame for a small company. Glad I used PayPal. I will no longer spend my money with this company as their customer service falls short. I would rather give my business to Baker Creek & Renee's Garden. They go above and beyond for their customers no matter the circumstances!

I have placed several orders with MiGardener. Both times, I received numerous seed packets that were short on seeds. The most recent order - the mammoth melting snow pea is supposed to have an approximate 40 seed count - there were only 11 seeds in one pack and 20 in the other. The company shorted me by 50 - 75%!
The black beauty zucchini is an approximate seed count of 30 and there were only 18.

The company advertises one thing and delivers another. I like there website and what they promise but I have yet to see them deliver on that promise. I don't plan on buying from them again.

This is the only place I will buy seeds. I learned so much from watching the YouTube channel. I struggled for years trying to figure out how to create my garden where I live in Texas. We have such a persnickety climate. I even attended local master gardeners classes. But watching MIGardener on YouTube helped me a ton, more than anything. All my seeds germinate from MIGardener and grow perfectly!

I have been ordering seeds from MIGardener for about 4-5 years now, as well as watching Luke's videos on YouTube. I appreciate all the knowledge he has and shares on that platform and have found his seeds to be of the very highest quality at the best prices. While some companies will skimp on the amount of seeds - I've paid $4-$5 for 10 seeds, with MIGardener, for just $2, I always find my packets full of good quality seeds. I've had just about 100% germination with his seeds and lots of healthy beautiful plants as a result, year after year. I don't even understand some of these negative reviews because in my opinion, there is no better seen company out there! The pictures below are just a SMALL example of some of the seeds I've purchased the last couple years. And the pots are lettuce seeds sowed last week - I do 3 seeds per pod and you'll notice I get 3 germinated seeds just about every time. I absolutely LOVE MIGardner.

I've been following MIgardener for a few years now. I love his passion, dedication and honesty. I ordered seeds on Monday, 17 March 2024, today is Wednesday 20 March 2024 and my seeds have shipped. Luke bends over backwards to provide excellent quality merchandise and exceptional seeds with the best germination I've ever experienced. When I tried MIGardener's seeds I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised with my order.
The site has many different seeds, and at great prices. My seeds arrived within the time the website said, they were very nicely packed, and so far I am satisfied with the germination rate.
I have bought seeds from other companies, paid a lot more money, and had less than satisfactory results. I will contine buying from this company.

I've had nothing but good experiences and seeds from MIgardener. I've told my friends and family about them. My orders arrive in a timely fashion and I get updated emails on out of stock items, once they're back in supply. I highly recommend MIgardener.

Today I tried to order some seeds and had an issue getting the order to process. I called and spoke to someone at MI Gardener, who was extremely helpful. After taking my number so not to inconvenience me by holding on, she got back to me quickly to let me know the order was being processed another way. It was all handled so calmly & professionally. I deal with hundreds of companies in a week and I had to say that this was truly the best customer service experience I ever had. I highly recommend this company and it's team of professionals. I'll be returning to order and will refer others gladly to them. Can't say that too often these days, so it was a joy to have this issue with MiGardener, because they know how to make things right! I've ordered multiple times. Large orders, small orders. All seeds germinated as expected. Best price for seeds, free shipping on most orders. They take a little longer to process orders, but they do it RIGHT!

This guy used to be more humble but his ego has gotten the best of him. The only thing he has going for him is a rare tomato called the giant crimson, everything else you can easily find elsewhere. And with people saving seeds, the supply and demand for that "rare seed" will soon fade. Hope you enjoyed your 15 minutes Luke because they are about to end!

They have a a great variety and wonderful prices. I am getting in on the big sale. Thanks for your wonderful customer service and your great info.

I placed an order on July 6th. The migardener site said orders shipped in 7-10 days. It's day 20 now and my order STILL says unfulfilled. I've emailed, but got told shipping takes 10-12 days. Wrong. That's not what was advertised. Now they have updated the time on the site, but day 20 now and still waiting for my order to even be processed. This order was for my fall garden. Pointless now. I should have stuck with my go-to baker creek. They never let me down. Live and learn, I guess.

Everything I have ordered from seeds to plants has arrived in good condition and produce good results.

Essentially what the title says. I ordered plants on May 8th that took until the 15th to "ship". Now since then they have not moved. USPS still says that they're waiting for the package.
Now I'm stuck in the awkward spot of, do I go and buy replacement plants or do I wait for these to show up? Their customer service only gives automated emails so that's useless to me.
I am completely disappointed with this website and seller and will never use them again. Empty beds sitting out waiting for their plants and I'm losing valuable time. Thanks a lot.

I bought 4 bare root raspberry plants. I unpackaged and planted them the same day as I received them. After a month, only 1 plant showed signs of breaking dormancy.

I sent pics to customer service, and it took, another 3 weeks for a response. They ended up refunding me for just one of the 3 plants that were dead.

Will not purchase from them again.

Nothing but the best keep it up or go home every seed and every order nothing but perfect not lik Ebay where you get ripped off

Mr "Ships whenever he feels like it"" should be ashamed of his business. Terrible customer service, owner bullies customers for having hobbies when he can't even keep up with their shipments arriving months late…

Migardner videos are great, his store is awesome and Migardner has the best price for seeds and check out his Trifecta+. I have the best results on all his products.

I have watched and followed MIGARDENER for 2 years. Luke can be funny but I find his advice very useful when planting and growing my garden and raised beds.
I have bought and used his seeds and fertilizer. All of which have been good quality. His methods of growing in raised beds had saved me time and pain with weeds.
I follow Luke not only for his enthusiasm for gardens but his love of getting his knowledge and how to advice out to the practical gardener.

A great place for seeds and more! High germination rates! Road Runner (Very Fast) type shipping! Also, great videos on youtube and information on the site. It is a Must to check out! Order once and you'll be hooked! You can never have enough seeds!

I ordered and paid 19,07eur for some mystery, watermelon and tomato seeds over a month ago(Ordered on 12th or 13th of June and the payment got through on the following Monday the 14th of June). I haven't received even the email for the order nor the order. I'd like to change my review if/when I'd be able to get my money back or the seeds, but so far I haven't found a way to contact you guys.

I don't recommend ordering from them, if you have a rigid planting schedule. Their website says 5-7 business days for standard shipping, but when I called on the 9th business day of no shipping confirmation, they said that they were 4 weeks behind on fulfilling the orders. I politely expressed that I would've liked a heads-up communication about the order delay, but they were non-apologetic about having 12,000+ orders. The business is clearly used to catering to gardeners that won't mind blindly waiting for seed orders to be fulfilled "whenever they get to it". I wanted to like this small business, but I will not order from them again. I asked to cancel the order, they said that they will refund me.

Ok so the last straw for me on this site was that they deleted all the accounts and accrued points for a "service change" but somehow didn't loose the email addresses of all the accounts for marketing. I tried to remove my email address from the email list now twice only to have robo emails respond with additional meaningless marketing. The seeds are have poor germination the seed catalog has maybe many dozens of things listed that have never been in stock and most likely won't. Do not be fooled by the midwest politeness in his videos he is a dishonest businessman.
