Regards to Migration Consultants - Dubai...I had applied for my NZ migration and was given fake promises and many times had to follow up for an update, each time I used to follow the case managers would change and either medical leave / or resigned.
The person taking over has no clue on what they are addressing to their client and being dragged for long, finally the best part is they dont have any sound knowledge on the country they are processing the migration. Very irresponsible team and my sincere request to people who are reading never get enrolled with this consultants. Your time and money will go in vain... its my true experience pls aware of this fraud consultants

I have application under this agency for more than 1 year now, and how many times they changed my case manager, and now its very hard to communicate with them and no one is responding to my emails and no action.

They are SCAMMERS!
Loot money, runaway and hide. Pease refrain from them. I had a very bad experience and still having a bad time fighting to get a reply for emails and my money they promised. They are not legit. Not even one person in that so called consultancy is worth trusting.

Please do not purchased any services from Migration consultant. During starting the process they are very sweet, once you paid the fees after 2 weeks you will came to know how their behaviour was change.

I sent several Reminder email, they will never read your email as well and calls always customer support team pick up and inform they will call back. Your point of contact will never call back you.

For Application any help they will take too much time and finally shared one article which is simply available in google.

As per my understanding, their team doesn't have sufficient knowledge to advice and manage the client.

At first, they are very eager to get you as their client but after many months of no update u need to always follow up and now they won't even answer we are requesting for refund and no one assisting us anymore my application runs for almost 2 years and my IELTS was expiring and I haven't heard anything from them they reassure that they are not a scam but how come they are passing for different case managers I think 4 case managers already handled my application as expected it's still on pending its the worst we are not rich giving away money for nothing we have kids that we are supporting hope they understand.

I am very disappointed with MIGRATION CONSULTANTS. I have paid the full amount they ask me to pay last March 2022 for the process of my papers going to New Zealand. It is very easy that time to communicate with them, actually they are the one who always calls me even if I am at work. Thinking that this agency will help me with my application, which they promised, I paid them and sent the amount to Mr. Varun Sharma. They did NOTHING for me at all. Since April it is very difficult already to contact them. Then from July, no one communicate with me, or give me some update and no reply in my e-mail specially from Mr. Shahnawaz, the case manager that was assigned to me. I sent them an e-mail informing that if they cannot give me the services I paid for, actually I don't want their service anymore, kindly return my money back. It was a hard earned money and my family need it. Whoever can read this, can you please do something about it.

Doing work is secondary part company don't even pay salary to the staff mine is pending from July I would advise don't opt for this

Hello this is Simran Rafique, this is to inform you that being a part of Migration Consultants. My experience has been the worst. It's been more than a month but I still haven't received my salary. Just because I'm on my own freelance visa and not on the company visa. I'm unaware how to file a legal complaint. Guys please suggest how to go about this since I want to file a labor complaint. They have not even given me the labor card and the contract as well. I truly have faith on UAE law, as they are designed for unethical people just like the owner of this company.
Also, 50% of the staff is working on a visit visa. Do not trust this consultancy.

Migrations consultant is definitely a highly recommended Dubai's migration agency. They gives the best advice and services for its clients. They really did an excellent job with my visa application. Indeed, they did their job beyond my Expectations! Thank you for being patient to our many questions. A huge thanks to migrations consultant and their team.

I suffered huge loss of about Rs. 95,000 and three years of my life besides change in my career goals due to their cheating. They took money, asked me to pay and do (they didn't do anything for this) for WES certification/attestation of my degrees, just submitted half-hearted 3 applications (with lot of mistakes that I discovered later) for PNP program and nothing else. This os the professionalism as they call. DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY BY GIVING TO THEM. Better do some charity.

My wife was working with them, the owner doesn't care about their team or clients. They dont pay the salaries on time this is the reason clients suffers alot.

The CEO of Migrations consultants Mr.Varun Sharma is a lazy,irresponsible man who is least bothered about the progress of his company,or his Staff and his Clients.
He is not a man of his words,all his staffs have left the company,as he was not paying the salary for 2-3 months.If he is not taking responsibility for his employees,how could he be responsible for his clients.

Mr.Varun Sharma wants to make as much Money as possible because he is going to SHUTDOWN the company in April or before that.
The Trade license of this company is valid untill April and he has clearly mentioned he is not going to renew the license anymore.
Whoever has applied with this company and has not seen any progress,kindly register a complaint against Mr.Varun Sharma in the Department of Economic Department(DED) with the help of Trade license and claim your refund.

In Sunday & Friday Migration consultants are not able to reply with a receipt with even acknowledgment mail. Making customers wait too long, when a customer is stressed, confused, or frustrated, they're probably anxious to find a solution to their problem. It doesn't help if they have to wait for respond to their message for two days.
When a customer wants to get in touch with your consultancy, they'll do so on the platform of their choosing—whatever is most convenient for them. Request to connect with a client in a proper convenient way rather than choosing conventional ways.
Unhelpful chat
Transferring responsibility of customers from marketing agent to agent (Case manager). Marketing agents are not the right person to talk to (after going through all this information, of course), and they'll direct you to the right person. They send you to another department, and yet again you will not find solution. You're probably feeling frustrated just imagining this scenario. And you would be alone.
A lack of empathy
When a customer comes to you confused or frustrated, the last thing they want to hear is corporate jargon from a case manager who sounds like they couldn't care less about the stress the client is dealing with. Customers feeling like their issue is being brushed off

Guys don't trust this Agent for canada Process they simply assess with your profile and say that they will get PR for canada.

Later on drama will begin you have wait more than 3 years. Case manager will keep changing without any notification. Later on you have meet them to know the new case manager. Again wait for 1 year.

They will say that our CV was marketed in Canada employer but nothing will happens you don't get any call for interview.

When you ask further details you will not revert and again case manager will go for annual vacation or they use COVID Situation and play around.

When you ask the refund for not doing their work they will donate us with just 15% refund balance will be swallow by them as they made us to wait for more than 3 years for no reason

MCS guys i swear I will wait for 1 month more if I'm not getting any support from you guys I will ask my lawyer to file a case and then I will write an article in khaleej times too so that poor worker like me won't get affected.

I was searching for an immigration consultant for a long time and I found migrations consultants on the internet, to know more about that I visited their website and I found it very interesting. The way their clients reviewed was amazing. I decided to go with them, I was applied for a work visa. They were knowledgeable, skilled, and has empathy throughout the process. The way my application was handled was super fantastic. Thank you to migrations consultants and the internet for recommending me this visa consultancy

I took services of Migration Consultants (+971 – *******, Landline No. *******6777, www.migrationsconsultants.com) Dubai - United Arab Emirates for processing my Canada immigration. They first tested all my documents and told that I am eligible for Canada immigration. I paid them AED 4500 and signed contract (attached herewith) with them in Feb, 2020. They asked to provide all my educational and personal documents and I provided everything to them. But there was no action made from their side. When I followed up many times, they submitted application for PNP and not Express Entry (most common and easy way of immigration). When I again followed up for many months, there was no response. When I threatened of legal action, they submitted applications for two more provinces (PNP) in Sept 2020 and said that they also submitted for Express Entry (later proved to be a lie). For months there was nothing done by Migration Consultants and when I asked why they are not working on my case, they said that I am not eligible for Express Entry. I asked them to refund my money as per the contract. But, they told that they will not refund. They have violated almost all of the terms mentioned in the contract, please see below.
Details of breach of agreement:
1. They mentioned they filled 5 provincial applications. Actually they did only three- fraud.
2. Not made application for Express Entry and other provincial applications- not completing their work.
3. Contract point no1. It is mentioned that their Éxperts will prepare my Resume''. Not done.
4. In the contract it is clearly mentioned that their agency will reply within a day (point no. 2) that is never honoured. It takes months to get a response!
5. Contract Point no. 3, Identify documents to be submitted- I was not informed proactively that passport expiry should be at least 6 months. When I sent repeated mails then I was told that application can't be submitted because expiry is less than 6 months. Reactive approach after my follow up.
6. Contract point no 3 again- Submit the complete case to Skill Assessment body- no evidence of such submission. I am not sure if this is done.
7. Contract point 4- Recruitment experts will proactively work to find best employer- not done.
8. Point 5- best roles - not done
9. Point 6 & 7 - handle all correspondence- Not done. I am never informed proactively about anything related to my case. After many emails, I get some responses after months.
10, Research & explain immigration law changes- not done.
11. Point 10- Employment preparation solutions- not done.
13. Point 11- Advise on latest rules- Not done.
14. Point 12- Professional guidance on intended occupation- not done
15. Other points related to post landing services have not yet reached to that stage- so no question of being done.

If you look to all points of the contract, they have not even done 10% of the work they promised, out of 24 services mentioned below. In this situation they can keep 10% of the fees and return me 90%. How can they charge fees for something that they have not done?
Their qualities:
1. Good marketing- they trap customers with sweet and nice talks, false reviews.
2. No knowledge- They don't have knowledge about immigration process and rules- I pushed them on applying to PNP programs for other provinces.
3. No response- once you pay them money, they will respond after weeks/months and that too when you will threaten them of legal action.
If you want to buy headache and no result, pay to them.
