I must say I'm very happy and please. After I purchase my items I checked the reviews yeah I know backwards lol but let me tell you everything don't happen to everyone. I was scared that my items wasn't coming just by the reviews but check this out it came today! Before valentines day. Just like they said it would on time items look great! My husband bout to be so happy. Thank you guys for keeping yall shipping accurate.

I purchased a jersey through Klarna from the mlb shop. I well I returned the jersey and they stated that I would only receive an e gift card of $94.49. I informed Klarna that I returned the jersey. Payments were stopped until I redo the gift card. Well the payments started back up again. I payed the full amount to Klarna which was $102. Well MLB shop stated that since Klarna disputed it they had to deactivate the gift card. Mind you I paid the money through Klarna for the mlb e-gift card… Well Klarna received there money that was owed to them and they paid mlb shop. So now I'm out $102 and no jersey while these to companies keep my money. *******@fanatics.com was not helpful at all. She stated that they have been emailing me. When I asked her what email have they been using she gave me a totally different email. Basically mlb state they can't do anything about it. I had sent proof that I paid for price and neither one wants to give me a refund. Well. $#*! you mlb and $#*! you klarna! Scumbags stole my money!

This site delivered my order to the wrong address, denied it, when I provided proof they said they would fix the issue, provided no confirmation, I never got the items or a refund. THIS SITE SUCKS! THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU SOLVE ANY ISSUE. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a Dodgers shirt and hat on Tuesday for a Friday night game. It said next business day delivery for $4.95, which I paid. Got emailed saying it's on the way, just give it time. By Friday, 3 days later, I click on tracking number and it's fake. I talk to Ontrac and they say MLBshop hasn't even shipped anything yet. You put your email for updated shipping and get nothing. I signed up for updates and got nothing. Don't know if anything will ever show up, but feeling completely scammed at this point. On to dispute charges and try to get money back! Bad experience, so unprofessional and fake. Buyer beware!

Fake tracking number and delivery date has past with no contact from them, except thanks for the order. It’s been 4 days since the next day delivery …

I tried to purchase a Cincinnati Red's De la Cruz jersey. The site showed an advertisement stating, "Up to 30% off site-wide." There is no place to enter a promo code until you put the item in the cart. When you enter the code (POPUP), it says, "This promotion does not apply to cart items." What a joke. I wonder if I can file a formal complaint through the Attorney General's Office.

I did not buy the item because of false advertisement.

I'm trying to figure out why can't you speak to someone other than the robots in the chat. It don't seem like they care at all when you finally get someone and you telling them they end the chat. I want to know why even when speaking with Ontrac they seemed like they didn't care either finally got my refund after reaching out to them the second time. But what I don't get is how this a common issue I see in the reviews. It wasn't delivered although it said it was tf is that about.

Ordered an item on 10/23 immediately following ALCS final game. Was offered 2 business days shipping for $19.95. I paid it. Called 10/26 since it had not shipped. Was told since it was a special event item that 2 business day shipping does not apply. They would refund my money for shipping and eta of item was 11/06. I ordered the same item from Academy when I got home from work that day. My 83 year old dad received it on 10/28- two days later and free shipping. I will never order from MLB shop again. BTW, it is 10/30 and still haven't received their order.

Company is a scam. Don't ordered anything from this place. I ordered a bat, never got the item. They keep saying it had been delivered. Later said wrong item had been shipped, acted like it was my responsibility to find it and finally offered a 10% refund because they lost money. I asked for a proof of delivery twice and they never provided me with one. Beware!

I purchased a Dansby Swanson replica jersey for nearly $100 from mlbshop.com. Shipping was very fast but the product i received is incredibly cheap. Huge disappointment. Now i understand why their website doesnt include customer product reviews. Overpriced junk.

Every time I buy something and try to return it, it is such an incredible inconvenience. Can't get anyone on the phone, the online chat dead ends, they don't honor what's in the bold print on return policies but reference the small print on page 3 that contradicts what's in the bold. Now in an infinite loop on the phone and can't get a live voice for the life of me. I don't know why I bang my head against the wall and continue to order from this company. They absolutely suck.

Extremely difficult to deal with this company after ordering. Their customer service is non existent. They gladly take your order but after that, you're on your own.
I am accusing the MLB Shop of outright theft and will be contacting my credit card company to help rectify this situation. I have not received the 2nd half of this order nor do I expect it to be fulfilled.

They can't tell you when somethings shipped or when it's going to get there, their tracking doesn't get updated and when they say it's gonna ship is about a week off (late) it seems from every order I've had, which is a few.

Just be honest when somethings gonna ship, it may change someone’s mind

Promotion said shipping would be free with entry of pomo code. Code was entered. Only upon finalizing sale did receipt show I was charged $10 shipping and then if I registered with a username, password and personal information would I be sent a $10 rebate. Not what was promised! VERY MISLEADING. Find another site to order from!

I honestly don't even know how this ecommerce business is allowed to operate without a phone number on their site. If you like talking to automated idiotic robotic customer service systems, you've come to the right place. Don't try and return anything. Its one big circle jerk after another. "I'm sorry, we can't find your order." Right. I'm contacting the better business bureau next.

Tip for consumers:
Dont buy anything from these people. They own the trademarks to all pro teams so you can't buy legit products from anyone else. And their business is structured that way. Meaning, if you can't buy it from anyone else, they can treat you however they like, and it doesn't matter. I'll order a knock off before I buy anything from these crooks in the future.

They do not ship promptly. Have waited over 3 weeks and items have still not shipped. Will never buy from their site again.

Ordered two items with promo code/prices but once I received my confirmation number, I saw that I was charged the higher price for one of the items. No email address to contact them to correct this. I won't be back.

I ordered a Mariners jersey and when I received it, the stitching on the sleeve was already unraveling. I contacted them and asked for a replacement or refund and she offered me free socks on my next order! Is that a joke?! Then she said she would send me another one but I would have to pay for shipping which is $25! I told her no way I'm going to pay more money for a sub standard product. Then she said they would refund me if I will ship it back but because I need to send it to China it will cost a lot! So these items are coming from China! Poor quality and horrible customer service. Do NOT buy anything from them! I thought they were a legit MLB site but I guess not. Don't know why MLB would allow this!

This is a rip off site! They send poor quality products and don’t help you or address the problem when you contact them.

I had purchased a jacket online on the mlbshop.com thinking it was from the official MLB. It was a Starter Boston Red Sox windbreaker pullover. After almost 2 weeks the order didn't move and never got any tracking updates. Every agent was useless gathering it was live chat and no contact # at all. Finally 2 days before the estimated delivery date the tracking finally updated only to be lost (probably stolen by a Landmark carrier employee) or must've fell off the truck. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Ordered an Oakland Athletics jersey for a Christmas gift. The recipient discovered a hole in the back of the jersey. After contacting Customer Service, they offered me 40% off to keep the damaged jersey. I had to write several emails and eventually they agreed to give me a full refund. However, I have to bear the costs of returning their damaged product. If you buy from this website: athleticsmlbshoponline be aware that you might receive defective merchandise and it will cost you to return the item.

Tip for consumers:
Return policy is not clear. You have to fight to get full refund even though the product sent was defective.

We won't order from Fanatics anymore because their overall customer service is the worst we have ever experienced. Fanatics quality also is poor. Items shrink a lot & the custom logos wash off after a few times of laundering. Fanatics is the supplier for several college & pro teams. We have found alternatives thankfully.

This site and their service is such a complete joke! Placed an order, called and verified the order after receiving an email with verification issue and they will not process because of an unprocessed order 2 years ago to someone else! WTF is wrong with this company!
They have no realistic resolution capabilities, and they really do not seem to give a crap.

I ordered a shirt for my wife. Received the shirt on the 8th day after ordering. A little slow but happy otherwise. It was a present, and my wife said it didn't fit as well as she'd like so she called contacted customer service. They provided instructions for returning and said they would be refunding the payment. That was 12 days ago. I will update if the refund doesn't hit my statement in another week.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. When I went to check the status, it showed "order cancelled". I never received notification or acknowledgment of a refund. Contacted customer service via chat. In short, the service was slow and poor. I was told my item was out of stock and back in stock now. They offered me a 30% off 'special code' for my troubles. When I went to the site they were offering 'everyone' 30% off. When I contacted support again, the service was even worse! Additionally, in both experiences, the agent left the chat without the 'conversation' having been completed. I will not buy from them again, despite the fact they offer the exact items I want to purchase!

Company provides no vehicle to speak with customer service. Only chat and that service is slow and poor

This site is a big big rip-off! They have so much false advertisement! I ordered a memorial
Baseball with case showing in their picture, for $50.00!, all I got was the cheap plastic case, no baseball! Sorry for the inconvenience they said.
What a bad site for sports apparel!

Because MLBShop does not sell Women's jerseys with Tom Seaver and number on back, I had to order a custom jersey with Seaver's name and number. According to the size chart, the Medium would be bigger than I needed but my wife likes her shirts loose. When it arrived, the Medium was too tight. Because it was a custom shirt, I was not able to send it back and get a larger size so I'm out over $160. Since their size chart is not correct, they should allow me to return it and get the larger size. That will only happen in my alternative universe.

Customers keep paying top dollar for shirts and shoes and MLBshop keeps sending the cheapest, thinnest materials. One $50 shirt I received was a thin $5 Starter brand- the economy brand Walmart sells. I bought a pair of shoes and they were cheap dollar store/Walmart material that was threading. The shoes started taking after the first use. MLB shop get the lowest of the economy clothing items made around the world and prints their team logos on them. Then they sell them at a huge mark up and make you believe you are actually buying quality. I have to return everything I buy every year- I don't know why I still give them chances. I'm not buying anymore. Also their app and website lies about shipping time. If they say 5-7 business days, it's actually 21 business days. When I complained to customer service about this, they told me I needed to ignore the main time frame they advertise at checkout and go to their terms and conditions link to read the small print that says it's really 21 days. That's how they do business

Stay crake away from MLB shop- I know they have a contract with MLB but they are not a very professional company. They are a chop shop which is so surprising coming from such a big organization like MLB
