I ordered for one day delivery. It did not come. I went on holiday the next day. I tried phoning and phoning no reply. I sent a message that needed to be urgently dealt with. Well they took more than 24 hours and gave me an unsatisfactory reply. I told them I would not be at delivery address from the next day so recall my package. They were so disorganised and SLOW... that they didn't recall the package. So they delivered to an address next to me. Well I live in a bunch of flats where more than half the population are drug addicts. The police have been called in many times for theft of packages. They delivered the product to a flat next door. I never gave them permission to do this. I wouldn't. I don't know my next door neighbour. I found it three weeks later. They have not refunded my money and expect me to go through a complex returns process. I still don't have my money back and after the way they have treated me I think they should pay for return and come at a time suitable for me. Why should I now be wasting my time because of a disorganised mess of a company! PS On their web site they filter their user reviews and this is completely dishonest. I put in a review mid december and it is not there. Do you want to deal with a dishonest, uncompetitive company with little customer service where everything becomes your problem?
