I worked for Monarch's Parmly On The Lake for about 10 months. While i worked there i loved the residents and most of the people i worked with. The problem is with the management. Especially the owners and the Administrator at Parmly On The Lake In Chisago City, MN. Terrible treatment of employees and the fact that they have no moral compass. They don't pay out unused PTO. They are constantly running short. I used to care for 28 residents by myself on 3rd shift. Then complain when things get missed. You are just a number and not a person there.
