Monnit Corp.

Monnit appears to be an extremely unethical company. I found their low temperature monitors on the web, called and was advised to purchase 3 separate items which I proceeded to order. After about a month, I finally received a package containing 2 of the 3 items but I was charged for all 3 ($334). I called and was told all 3 items were shipped and they gave me the tracking number. They didn't seem to either understand or care as I repeated that I had received the package but it didn't contain all the items. They were rude and accusatory, as if was trying to scam them. I tried to explain I'd have no interest or even know what to do with two "Ethernet Gateways" (the piece they failed to ship) but they simply said I could file a claim with the carrier. I contacted them 3 additional times requesting to speak with the owner or director of this fly by night company and never received any response other than a response to my Facebook post.
