Hi guys, I've dealt with Moola4Books directly, both recently and in the past, and they've been absolutely wonderful! They offer competitive rates. They are very reasonable and generous when it comes to their company policy. Plus, their staff is professional and a delight. Unfortunately, some of you guys may have interacted with Moola a few months ago when they were unprepared for an immediate overload of books. They have since adjusted to the learning curve and have remedied the situation. They are now more than eager and prepared to handle any of our needs, both big and small. You really should give them another chance. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend them. Happy Holidays!

I have dealt with this site previously, and had no problems. However, I sent a package of 4 books back in February and have yet to receive payment. Also, I emailed the company FIVE times since March and NEVER got a response. Since the service was great before, I sent the package without delivery confirmation. I'm so mad. Any type of communication would be helpful, but they refuse to respond at all. I won't be using this service ever again.

Apparently this company USED to be good but since January 2012 there are major problems. No one ever answers their customer service phone number (go ahead and try to call yourself) and no one ever responds to emails. If you ship your books without tracking, they will claim they never received them or only received part of your order (even if you shipped the whole order in the same one box. How can they get some of the books and not others? It doesn't make sense. They haven't paid me yet for an order I sent in February.

Sent in 6 books on January 23,2012. After a few weeks of waiting I tried talking to customer service, and two weeks later finally got a return email with absolutely no information. Its been a few months now, and I've really given up- I just wish i read the above reviews before I used them. I will never again use them, and will urge all the students I know trying to sell books to STEER CLEAR.

Do not sell your books to them you will never receive your payment!

I sent books to them in February and I'm still waiting for my money. I have tried calling, which does not work and whenever I email them I get a response that they are going to send my checks, but I'm still waiting!

I don't even know how they stay in business. There are so many people that are going through the same issues.

They need to close down this site and business ASAP!

I sent a shipment of 5 books via FedEx that was delivered to them on March 26th and have not received my $106 due to me! I have sent emails and left voice mails but they all go unreturned. Extremely poor customer service to completely ignore their customers not to mention that they promise payment within 14 days of receiving the books... not only am I not being paid for the books, but I can't even get them back to sell them to a REPUTABLE company, that's STEALING!

It's been 5 weeks now since they got the books and my status is still pending. Called them (of course!) ran into VM and asked them to call me back. That was 2 weeks ago!:-((( I will go ahead and report this to BBB. These people are scammers! Unbelievable. I am seriously thinking of making an official complaint. I mean, I cannot believe they're trying to scam students.:-( I so wish I had read these reviews before I sent them the books!:-(( Seriously, find another website. This will only make you F-R-U-S-T-R-A-T-E-D!

Like the other reviewers, I was hooked in by their allegedly good buy back payouts. But the books have been with them for weeks, and no reply to my email

I sent books to this place in Feb... in April they told me the check is in the mail. I still have not received my check and it's August. I have sent them 2 email and they are not responding now. I gave them one star but they really got 0stars from me. I'm just upset that I had to pay for shipping. This place is TERRIBLE...

This is the worst company, they shoud be reported to the BBB. They do not pay anyone. I have been waiting for more than six months. I never expect payment. I wish someone could sue them and get our money.

Well I sent my book on 6/2/2012, they never answer the phone even if I call for 2 hours straight, I leave phone messages they never call back, I have left email messages they go without reply, and they still show they haven't receive it and I used the label they provided, I am very frustrated argggggg

Do not use this company. Their customer service is terrible and I have been waiting for well over one month to receive my check. They have had my two books in their facility for about five weeks now. My status is still "pending." They are obviously understaffed because it should not take any decent company over one month to process two books. I have e-mailed them several times asking about my status but it takes them a very long time to respond and their responses are quite vague. Use Chegg or another more well-known book buyback company. Their quotes may not be as high but at least you will know you will be receiving a check from them.

I would not use this site again! I'm still waiting for a payment or even some response from their service department. Other sites may be slow with payments but this one is the worst.

It has been almost a year and they have not paid me what they owe me. They also ignore e-mails and calls. For all that is worth, do not do business with this scamming company, AVOID AT ALL COST!

TERRIBLE COMPANY. I sent in 2 textbooks plus their $5 coupon in January. Finally after emailing them a few times to check on the status of the order near the end of February, they responded back "Your order was received, but the box was empty. The box was damaged in transit and the Post Office lost the items." I highly doubt that the post office would deliver a ripped empty box. They then claimed that they will still send me a $5 check.
Now a month later, I still have not received my $5 check, even though the website says it has been paid. I called up customer service, and after being sent to voicemail 4 times, finally got through. I told her how ridiculous it was that THEY lost my books (and not the post office), and she said it happens ALL THE TIME. She said that my money was sent, but she would check with accounting and then promptly hung up on me.
SCAM! DO NOT USE! They pull you in with their high buyback prices, but then steal your books.

I sent in my books about 2 months ago. I am still waiting for my payment. They don't respond to my emails. Do not sell your books with this company! Valorebooks is a much better option.

The only good thing about this comany is that they pay for the shipping. I sold several books and shipped them to moola4books.com. It took a month for them to process the sale on their end, now I am still waiting to be paid for the books that I have sold. I had contacted their customer service by e-mail and was told that sale orders usually took 15 days to completely process, but that it might take a bit longer because of them being busy. It has now been a month and a half. I will never use this company again, and do not recommend that anyone else does either.

DON'T deal with this company! PLEASE stay away... I wish I read the reviews before I sold my books to Moola 4 books. I have been waiting atleast 4 months for my refund. I think they are trying to make me "forget" or "give up" because it's only $42.11. But now it's all about the point of it. I have sent emails and they answered quick to tell me the check would be in the mail within seven days... STILL NO check... called on the phone and "surprisingly "no answer, leave a message. And it WAS during business hours. They eithe do not want to answer you or they are getting way too many phone calls. Wrote a letter to the BBB in Indiana. Hopefully I will get an answer now.?

DO NOT USE THIS SITE, IT IS A SCAM... I have dealt with them about 6 times in the past year because of their good prices, but not once did i receive payment without having to call and email MULTIPLE TIMES! They do not respond to emails or voicemail. When i was lucky enough to catch someone, they lied and said payment was on the way. The latest order i did is the last straw, i have been waiting for months to get paid and there is absolutely no response to anything i have sent.

I am contacting the Better Business Bureau of Northern Indiana, whos office just happens to be in Ft. Wayne right where moola4books.com is located, to begin the process. I will be seeking legal council to take action once the BBB is done processing. Please comment here if you would like to join the lawsuit, and print out all of your orders with the order numbers and everything just in case MOOLA tries something on thier end.

They should go out of business! Worst customer service in the world. Never got the money but they got the books. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.
