I ordered items and paid $37 in shipping which said my items would arrive in 4-5 days, which it took 10 or more days, then when my items can one short set was missing, and when i contacted them the said they would resend the item but i would have to pay for shipping again,, Why should i have to wait 10 more days for them to resend my item and pay shipping over for an item i already paid shipping for the first time,, this company suck, and no one should by from them its a scam to get money.

I purchase only 2 outfits! On 4/27/2020. I contact Moonosa email, phone still not 1 response! I want either my money back or my orders! Ridiculous! This company has no problem taking your money as soon as you place a order but cant answer or return a simple email or call. How are these people even in business. Never again! I would not recommed not one

In responding to my previous comment the order did arrive. It looked like the picture. Suprising after some time I was responded to by email and I did get what I ordered.

I placed a couple of orders, first one being May 4th and I have yet to receive any updates or tracking numbers. I reached out to Emma who is horrible at responding, she didn't reply until I reached out to someone else. And at that time the only info she gave was that the orders were processed and will be shipped ASAP. This was almost a week ago and still no updates. I am trying to start my business and this is definitely frustrating and delaying the process.:-(

At this point my review of Moonsa! Is poor. I'm still waiting on the blouse that I ordered back in January of 2020, it is now March 2020 and no way to contact customer service. First & last time customer.

They are full of crap. Every time I questioned them about my package all they could respond with was it's coming and refused to issue me a refund. None of the items fit to the size I ordered. Never again

Please don't order if you cannot wait almost 3 months I order paid that high $#*! shipping and still nothing

I don't understand many of the reviews. I order from this company quite frequently. I have never received an item that disappointed me.

Website been down since the day of purchase still haven't received merchandise have no way of tracking nor do I have tracking number have them message but still no response and stuff should have been here by now.

I've been placing 200 piece orders for my fashion stores for about 6 years and they have tried to cheat me so many times, in all sorts of ways. Once I paid by bank transfer and they told me I'd underpaid and when I asked for proof they made a fake bank statement but had mixed up 2 digits of my account, proving it was faked! Half the stuff on their website is never in stock and when they refund you, they always underpay you by an amount small enough that you might not bother to chase up, eg $10, and if you question them they give you a complicated calculation you might think is too hard to understand, but it's just covering up their thieving of your money. On my last order, I caught them cheating me out of money in a really obvious lie. I'm not dealing with them anymore as they try and fleece me every time, even though I'm a long term customer. If you do shop with them, check the figures closely, because they'll undoubtedly be trying to rip you off. I'm very dismayed that companies with such a dishonest culture can remain in business, and I won't support these crooks anymore.

Order placed on 5/3/20. Received order and tracking number with delivery date between 8-11 days. Tried to email but it says failed each time. Can't call due to too many #s in their contact numbers. This is crazy! Ist time purchase and LAST.

I ordered two 2XX pants sets and two short sets! 2 the dress look like a blouse I couldn't fit it! The price was worth it I think I picked up a little weight cus some of the short sets I can't fit so I gave them to my daughter she was real happy they look real nice on her matter fact were about to order more of the short sets! My daughter gave a five-star I gave four stars ‍ the that I ordered was a extra small and I needed 2X! Overall we satisfy going to order again thank you!

I ordered items from them on April 23rd didn't receive a tracking number. Talked to someone and said that it would take 5-7 business days. After not receiving a tracking number I disputed the charge but my bank said they're waiting on information from the merchant who has still not yet to get back to my bank. Here it is almost a month later and still no clothes or refund. I had high hopes in this company.

They sell very nice, cheap clothing mostly made out of polyester. The catch is in their shipping fees. Each item carries their on shipping fee and on some items the fee is more than the item. The biggest surprise is when you get to checkout. On a purchase of about $80 the shipping total is just as much as the items you're purchasing. Usually somewhere around $108 or more bringing your $80 purchase to $188. Although some purchase from them despite the high shipping fee, this has got to stop! This is nothing more than international robbery!

I'm not understanding why I haven't recieved my orders that were placed May 4th! Today is the 19th. I've emailed them several times and recieved no response. Can't track my orders. But I'm always seeing an advertisement online. How dare u have people ordering product that isn't available. I'm beyond upset! Poor poor service Shame on u!

No customer service skill! The product quality is gd I might say but they always come with something missing or the color not the same. Emma is the worse person to talk to. Bad for business

I placed an order on May 5,2020. I never heard anything after that until I filed a dispute through PayPal and asked for my money back. So they gave a bogus tracking number to stop the refund. It wasn't even my order. So I couldn't get my money. It's now July and still nothing and serveral attempts to reach out and still no answers on my order or my money. So I filed a complaint with the bank to get my money back! Definitely unprofessional service and I want order anything else.

I placed my order over a week ago and still have not received my order or tracking number they give you the run around and very unprofessional there is no call number SO PPL PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

I ordered merchandise in april of this year. I understand the Coronavirus so I've been patient. Its almost August and i have received nothing. Sad, those items were for my daughter. Poor customer service.
