Second order and I've already made a third. In my two years of designing my home I've come across many fake western/southwestern and Indian art for much money. You want authentic art shop here. The prices are reasonable for authentic Indian art and Wildlife Artist. Highly recommend.my go to place now. I purchased another dance shaft and gorgeous frame.

I liked their trash cans but needed a little more info. Request after request was sent asking a few very simple questions. Never got a reply and of course can't call them. Tonight I was going to place the order anyway but then started looking at reviews. Based on these retires and my experience to date, I am RUNNING away from these guys as they do not deserve my business.

I ordered a piece from this company on a weekend and cancelled the order within a couple of hours after placing the order. They credited me the price of the piece but not a bogus "Service Charge." The service charge will be disputed with my CCard carrier. When I wrote to their customer service rep. Her response was to go pound sand. This after I''ve bought hundreds of dollars of stuff for my cabin. They obvious don't value their customers. Never ordering from them again. Their prices are too high anyway!

This is what their customer service rep said to me after I had their product for less than 24 hours. Because I displayed it to see what it would look like they won't return it. Told her they loss my business and here was her reponse. " Works for us, we are not in the business of selling used items that have been cut open and displayed. "

Too bad it wasn't used. Ridiculous! They won't be in business long. Explains their crappy reviews. Thanks Cassandra M.

I've been a returning customer for several years... until a glitch on their website forced me to ACCIDENTALLY duplicate the order. It is a GLITCH.
Will they acknowledge the issue?
NO.
Will they refund the DUPLICATE?
NO.
Cassandra sent me an email telling me there was NO ERROR or duplicate.
Then I get a snotty response which totally went downhill after that.
She is HORRIBLE & RUDE.
NEVER order from them.
Save yourself the aggravation.

Their product page had the wrong item pictured. When I placed an order for the pictured item, I received an altogether different item and was told that the corresponding picture was wrong. But they refused to cover return shipping to correct their mistake. Very deceptive and unfair business practices. Avoid.

We ordered two lamp shades and two lamp finials from them. The order was shipped in a timely manner, the package arrived when expected. However, when we opened the box we found one of the shades was damaged. The top was crunched down as though something heavy had been placed on top of it. It was wrapped in cellophane strips, which is normal, but because of the wrapping we couldn't see the damage until we unwrapped the strips. Contacted the company by email this evening about the damage and let them know the damage was not done by the shipper, as the box was in pristine condition. Received an insulting reply that they wouldn't have shipped us a damaged product, "that doesn't make any sense." Also, one of the deer antler lamp finials we received was unusable because the connector with the threads on it was pushed so far into the antler that the threads wouldn't connect with the lamp harp. Her response was, "I don't know what you want me to do about it, you're welcome to return it."

Bad attitude, abysmal customer service, unreasonable return policies, no effort to be helpful to their customers. Sounds like they just want to ship things regardless of condition and collect money. Will not do business with them again and recommend others avoid them.

Don't.

I've read these negative reviews but I had a very positive experience.
My order came quickly and was packaged beautifully.
I ordered an authentic Tribal Dance Shaft, yes the artist is Indian, I checked him out. I also ordered a Pat King painting on wood that is superbly done. Finally was able to get my wildlife flatware which I love and had been eying for some time.
The proprietor has her procedures for delivery and exchanges under frequently asked questions on the web site. They don't charge for delivery just a five dollar handling fee. My package was large and at 9 lbs. That's a good deal in my book. I don't see a problem with a restocking charge and delivery charge on clients part if needs exchange or item defective.
This is not a large company and company does state upfront it's fees and prices as I stated. It's up to the the consumer to read info prior to buying.

I love the products they offer and I highly recommend you give them a try. Especially the authentic Indian art.

I should have looked at reviews. I ordered and $9.00 bear hook and a rug. I received a tree instead of a bear and was told to return the wrong item and they would send me the correct hook. Cassandra was VERY RUDE IN ANSWERS and told be to send it back I asked if there mistake they could just send me the correct item and was told now you will NEVER get the item you wanted. NEVER DELT WITH SUCH A RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPT. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered and birch bark basket from the company and while the shipping to me was very prompt and the item was not damaged, I was not happy with the quality of the product. It was not inexpensive so I expected more. Not really usable for anything more than a decoration piece so don't buy expecting to use it for anything but. Be aware that when returning, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee, plus the "free" shipping. Saying that they spend a lot of time packing and shipping. (and minus their 5.00 handling fee) Totally my fault for not giving their terms a second thought, as I rarely return things. Just a shout out to shop around and look for reviews before buying

I recently purchased a log mirror and a log shelf to go under the mirror. The mirror is beautiful. However, the shelf, which cost $65.00 is very poor quality. There is an almost 1/2 inch deep by 3/8 inch wide "gully" running the full length of the shelf. I called customer service to return/exchange for one of better quality and I was promptly told "there is absolutely nothing wrong with that shelf". I am not equipped to send photos so she could not see what I was talking about, but she did not care. She kept repeating herself in a nasty tone that nothing was wrong with the shelf. In other words I could not return it. I had to pay a carpenter to repair the shelf. I would caution all to beware about buying from this company.

I purchased a "Big Sky Carvers Bearfoots Mooses Book End Moose with Tree" from Moose-R-Us.Com
******* US 71, Park Rapids, MN ******* - (Online Store) https://www.moose-r-us.com/. It arrived broken. It was poorly packaged with a single, thin layer of bubble wrap, and placed loosely in a box. Naturally, it arrived broken. When I contacted the company to ask how they could make this right, I included a picture of the breakage and the invoice. They wanted more pictures to prove that I wasn't trying to scam them. I bristled at this request to "jump through their hoops". I experienced unbelievably poor Customer Service and poor shipping and protective wrapping practices. Let's just say the emails escalated partially due to me being upset with the lack of service or concern with my claim and the accusatory nature of the replies I was getting. However, be warned. I didn't see how poorly this company was rated until I had this negative experience. I recommend taking your business to a more appreciative and competent business. In my attached pics, you can see the statue fit loosely in the box. You can also see the one thin layer of bubble wrap with the breakage circled in yellow, and the receipt for "proof of purchase". In the future, I'll stick with eBay or Amazon because the customer gets a higher degree of protection.

Tip for consumers:
After my negative experience, I re-visited the website and read their policy regarding refunds and returns. After the fact, I can now see that they're not very customer friendly. They charge you for the $5.00 dollar packing fee - as in not refundable. They charge restocking fees for returns - and they will not refund with out returns. That's pretty poor customer service imho. Don't read the positive feed back and assume you'll be a happy customer. I wish I would have searched ratings 1st!

Tried to obtain a copy of my invoice, as there was NOT one included in the packaging when I received it. I had received one via email, so was okay with that - until I had issues with my computer and everything was eliminated and was not able to retrieve anything. I emailed and called the company and was not only talked to rudely, I was accused of being a liar, hung up on and told that they would NOT help me. I was able to provide an order number and was still told that they wouldn't help me and that it wasn't their problem. As nice as some of their merchandise is, I will not ever order anything from this company again. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE AND NOT GET ANY ASSISTANCE.

DON'T DO IT!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THE PEOPLE IN THE WAREHOUSE AREN'T MUCH BETTER!!!

I purchased a lampshade from this company and it arrived with the lacing unglued. When I emailed customer service they said that there was no defect and that the change in temperature caused the lampshade to come unglued! No effort to rectify the issue! I am stuck fixing it myself! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Seriously- another horror story. Stay away from this business. Read their "Terms"- they themselves even say "buy at your own risk!" Once you have received a damaged piece of their junk, "Customer Service" will not take your calls and the business will only refund a portion of your money. I learned the hard way. It is a crime that places like this are considered businesses- the experience presents itself as a scam.

Do NOT do business with this company! I ordered a lamp shade for my friend thru this company as a Christmas gift. It remained unopened in the box as I wrapped the box as the gift. When my friend opened the box, the shade had become unlaced and it was clearly a manufacturers defect as the laces were supposed to be X's but, instead, were just single lines up and down in some places and were falling out unlaced in other places. There were tears in the cover from where the laces had been inappropriately sewn and it there are discolorations in many areas. Clearly all were defects. I ordered this shade on December 4th as I wanted it in time for Christmas. As a gift, it wasn't opened until after Christmas, thus exceeding the 10 day return policy. My friend loved the shade but it looked bad as it was so damaged so I contacted this company and asked if we could exchange it for a better one. Not a refund, an exchange. I received a reply from Kim stating their return and exchange policy. They want a $5 handling fee and me to pay return shipping, quoted at my local P. O. as $19.78. When I wrote and said I didn't feel this was fair, given the manufacturers defects, Kim told me to glue the laces myself, blamed me for using a normal light bulb (the shade never made it onto a light) and was then reminded again that I had exceeded their 10 day return limit. So, their 100% guarantee for customer satisfaction ends up being approximately 66 2/3% guarantee as I would have to pay and additional $25 to return a shade that clearly had defects above and beyond what we could have caused. Now the shade will have cost me $75 with no guarantee the replacement would be any better. The customer service rep is snarky and no help, they clearly don't care to have repeat customers and don't take care of the ones they have. Their website even states right in it something to the effect that they can't please everyone and they post the few nice comments they received. If you check other review sites, they've been blasted a lot by unhappy customers! I recommend Black Forest Decor for similar items at less cost and better return/exchange policies. There are many "stores" on the Internet with much the same products that care about their customers and do right by them. This company clearly doesn't. I've chosen not to fight them, which is what they want. It's not worth my time and energy to continue with an unfair and ill equipped company to do morally correct business practices. Buyer Beware!

I purchased something that was not was I expected in color and quality. I wanted to return it. I paid $47 including shipping. I would get $9.11 cents back when I returned it plus I would have to pay for the shipping. So I would have to pay money to return something in perfect condition. All the have to do is put a different label on it and ship it to some other poor soul that thinks they are buying quality merchandise. I am in the wrong business

I paid for an item $103. Realized I needed another item. But they don't have a phone number that works to reach them. They charged me and when I cancelled within 5mins they deducted $27.

They try to make money out of customer cancellation. Same item sold in ebay for $27.

I ordered 3 small canoe paddles - one has a big knot in the tip with a small piece missing.
I contacted them - they responded after the second message:
"Yes, we received your email. Wood have knots, that is just the way it goes. We do not do exchanges for the exact same item so you are more than welcome to just return it per our policy." Cassandra M"

They obviously don't have quality control and the cost of shipping the one back would be at least half the cost of the paddle.

The two good ones are nice, shipping was quick and packing was very good. I will cut down, reshape and refinish the one with the knot.

Absolute jerks, we drove by and noticed the huge sign so we wanted to look at what they had, we started to pull in to the business and noticed underneath it said online sales only so we turned around, then someone ran outside waved us back and started cursing at us, I mentioned I thought it you were waiving us to come back, they yelled profanities and said "read and don't think" and "go back to the city". This was a horrible experience, we had little children in the car. I would stay away!

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. She sent multiple defective items and when I contacted Cherle (the owner), she stated I could return them if I pay for shipping, pay for her shipping costs that she paid to ship them to me, AND a 25% restocking fee... and the items were defective. I would gladly pay double the price for the items I ordered if I would have known what type of company this is. I can't imagine she will stay on business for long. Buyer beware. Go shop someplace else.
