I have been with mopro 4 years and have gone through great service to sub par and back to better than it has ever been. Since they transitioned all of their support back to the US, I could not be more thrilled.
Terrible customer service! There is no contact number to get a hold of anybody with questions. I have tried to email several times and still no response weeks later.

Mopro does not actually offer any of the provided services they mention and advertise. There is no account administrator or support staff to assist you when you have issues, site updates, or website changes. The timeline for a request can range from 1-3 weeks to make a small change. They deleted and lost our pictures and testimonials on the website. They use templates which are procreated and just import text and images on the template and then charge you fees for design and hosting.

Okay by now everyone knows Google has changed the way Analytics works as of July 1,2023. After several attempts with MoPro to have my site moved to the new tracking platform with no sucess, it is time to move on to a company that cares about their clients. Every time I asked a question about the change over, I got vague replies back...and zero help. In eight years, not once have they contacted me for a site review, or a site test, or a function test. They just seem to build and host sites that in this day and age is on an outdated platform. Maybe they have better platforms now, but once again, not a single person from this company reaches out to inform or discuss. It cost companies thousands to market and gain new business in their field, you would think they would spend a little on rentention and keeping customers.
I came to Mopro since last month. They promised my site would be ready in days, however I gave them 2 weeks. My relaunch was never done, because my site wasn't ready in time. I am completely embarrassed by advertising to my social media audience that my store was going to open on a certain date. But didn't. The Mopro app. Never works properly I have to complained about it but it's still the same. I post my social media apps through a free service.
I'm hoping I get my website up and running soon, or else I may have to report to the BBB for false advertising.

The website they made is glitchy and when I bring this to their attention they always deny any responsibility.
Whenever I ask for support it takes at least a week to get anything done. Then I have to go back and ask them to redo something they did not do correctly.
Don't waste your time with this company
We had many issues with features and function of our website. In July we decided to switch to their competitor, We notified Mopro via and email address of the person we were told to communicate with for our account to have it closed. THey never closed it and continued to bill our credit card monthly. When my accountant notified us, we called and closed the account and they refused to refund the money they charged. THey knew wee no longer using their service and continued to charge us.
I waisted 2 years with Mopro. They told me they help direct traffic to your site. They do not. Plus I had potential clients try to contact me through my website, however I didn't see the messages till months later. I told Mopro I wanted a refund, because they did not keep their end of the deal, I offered to settle for 50% because I was half of they problem. They were the other half. Right? I tried to be a professional adult about the situation. Even after admitting Mopro had messed up they refused to give me a 50% refund and tried to offer me further services. What a joke you mean you still want me to pay you for? Absolutely the most unprofessional company I've ever experienced. Hands down! Don't believe me? Go check out their BBB reviews.
A few months ago, I provided Mopro updates for my website. The updates looked like an uncaring 4 year old made them. Then my site went dark with no notification. I called and a Mopro rep. Stated that they were changing servers. My last updates took over 6 weeks and no matter how many time I call and spend hours on going over my needs, the changes are still incorrect. I'm getting calls and emails regarding all of the mistakes on my site. I need to run as fast as I can from this company!
I decided to make the big plunge and leave Wordpress.com to make my book site look/respond better on mobile devices. I listened to the siren call of Mopro and have been sorry ever since.
One of its greatest deficiencies is its revolving personnel who apparently are good at reading "scripts" but bad on comprehension. I had a working site which I asked them to duplicate. After a year large portions of it are still missing.
I expended huge amounts of time, again and again, to outline the architecture of the site, only to have the product not only fail to function but fail to look as good as what I could do myself. After eight months Mopro went silent for two month, despite pleas and threats, only to resurface in a new physical location and a new CEO. Nothing suspicious there. I jumped ship at the end of the year and had a working site with Optuno within a month.
Stay away from Mopro.
