I have never been disappointed by the customer service at MorningSave. I have purchased numerous products and have overall been satisfied with purchases. But, on occasion I have had products that don't meet my expectations and some that actually were below standard by any measure Each occasion Customer Service brought total satisfaction and consequently keeps me as a loyal customer. I placed an order for the spin brush with 4 mop heads and the earbuds. Everything went well until I received word my items were being returned to sender, due to not having my address. If I didn't have a correct address, why didn't Morningsave contact me, so I could update and reorder. I have ordered many times and Never had a problem. I can't understand why my items can't be resent to me when they arrive back at the office. I am very disappointed and refuse to order from them again. If I could give a zero I would do that instead. Their customer service was No help either. I didn't want a refund I wanted the items.

Yesterday a recently purchased product fell apart after 60 days since purchased.
I reported the situation this morning and by afternoon Lilith in Customer Service had immediately issued a refund. This is Customer "satisfaction centered" Service.

I have bought several items and have been very pleased. I am very shocked and disappoint with the nonworking charged pads. I did leave a text about them and never received a response. Therefore, I have decided to write this review in hopes that I will receive a response since there is no contact number. Could you please tell me your policy and procedures for defective items. I have been waiting over 10 days for anyone to respond to me. No phone number just an email and with an excuse that it will take up to 6 days to get back to me due to the Corona Virus! Really! Is there business not internet based?

I bought an I home autovac eclipse and after the 1st use it started to malfunction. I emailed customer service with a full detail of my problem. Sean from customer service was able to apply a full refund upon my item return. My email was answered right away. Thank You!

Received some items sold on site. Also received some items that appeared as "open items" (for example something that was offered as a 5 pc. Set but only received 2 and another item was offered as a 2 pack but only received 1) I still question the $120 value but was satisfied nonetheless at the $35 price I paid for the mystery box. Just IMO not a $120 value. Not based on morningsave's prices.

I ordered two items on May 05,2020. It is now May 23,2020, and I have yet to receive. I have tracked progress through the USPS, and the items are allegedly on the way. I cannot believe it has taken soooooooo long for the items to arrive. It's not like the company is shipping items that are extremely bulky or heavy so there is absolutely no reason why it should take over at minimum so far 18 days for an item to travel from Carrollton, TX to Phoenix, AZ or anywhere for that matter. I will post another review once I have used the items... IF I ever receive!

Purchased vacuum cleaner (shark)
Vacuum quit working within 6 weeks. Going off and on repeatedly.I registered for the "warranty". I called shark, they ran me thru attempts at finding problem, when that didn't work, they told me the warranty was only for the "dustcup"? Really? Also said I didn't buy vacuum from them, and had to deal with morning save.
Was told by morning save I needed to purchase a box to ship back. Not sur why that expense should be mine? This is my first experience with morning save, and it will be my last. Also disappointed with SHARK, who knew the warranty is limited, and the store selling was responsible problems. Why register a product with them?

I love the coupons I receive by being a member. Membership gives you free shipping. Downfall is not being able to return products, unless damaged. Unfortunately some clothing and shoes are not accurate for size. Be sure to read all information before buying.

I ordered a air fryer on June 23,2020 and today is July 15,2020 and I still have not received it. The tracking information has not been updated since July 7th and it was about 60 miles from me in Sanston, Va. I was trying to help a small business out and this is the service I get. I will never order anything else from this website, it's not a lot of money that has been billed to me but it's enough for me to turn this over to legal matters so no one else goes through this.

I had an issue with one of my orders, so I sent them an email as they requested. I assumed, as with so many other companies that I might hear something back long after Christmas. To my surprise, Angela had gotten right back to me, but not only did she get back to me right away, she had already resolved the issue, and beyond my satisfaction. This review is for the Solar Interaction wall lamps. I purchased 1 set of 3 lamps but was somehow charged for 2 sets. I contacted customer service and was informed that all I needed to do was send the 2nd set back and I would be issued a refund. I was happy bout that, I always have great customer service from Morning Save. Anyway I proceeded to charge the set I did want and install them out side this long walkway on the side of my house and they work so well that I decided to keep that 2nd set that I was sent! Really happy with these, nice bright lighting and they stay on while I traverse the whole length of my walkway. I get to the end and look back and they are off, awesome! 100% happy with this product. Been shopping here for many years never had an issue with any of the products up until this point. I contacted customer service and they were very quick and decisive with her decisions on refunding the purchase price. The best thing about it is I did not have to return the product so I did not have to hassle with going to the post office and repackaging everything. I have bought several things from Morning Save, from from a floor scrubber to face cream! I find the prices to be reasonable on most things. There are a couple of times when I had to contact customer service. I did so through emails and they are very prompt with their replies. They work hard to solve any issues. My problems were always solved satisfactorily.

Do not order anything from this company. There is no way of contacting them if you are not satisfied with your purchase except by email. I asked for a return form & was told there are no returns on the product that I ordered. Now they won't answer my second email so I have no recourse and am out $60 for something I can even use. I don't think national television shows or anyone should be using them as advertisers

I just recently noticed a strange charge while reviewing my charge statement, $4.99 a month to a place called MorningSave. I proceeded to try to find out who this might be. I called my credit card company and found I have been billed for this service every month for a year now, it started in Dec. 2019. I failed to catch this, my partner found out she has cancer in Dec. Of last year and we have been rather pre-occupied with health issues this year and not reviewing statements as we should. The problem is, I never signed up for this membership. I don't know what MorningSave is, have never shopped there and don't know how they got my charge card information to bill my account. I Googled them for info but am still not clear how it works or where you shop. I sent an email to their customer service since I could find no phone number for them but the response I got was a credit refund for this month (a cancellation I suppose.) I tried to explain that I did not sign up for a membership with them to begin with, have never shopped there and was requesting a refund of 12 months charges to my charge account but they addressed it as though I had indeed signed up. Their response said I should go into my account for details, problem is, I don't have an account to go into. I am turning this matter over to Consumer Affairs and my credit card company to see if they can find out how this happened and try to get these charges refunded. Be careful with this company people, customer service is not being helpful with my situation. Has anyone else had something like this happen? I was forced to give them a star to submit my review, 0 stars is my rating.
