My company recently contacted Motorola Solutions to install security camera and surveillance at the company. Along with the cameras, we got their software as well, the ACC software. The software was pretty great because they had a covid-19 response technology. It's so easy to take action now with the software and has made my job in my organization much easier because there is AI enabled.
We recently purchased new squad and body worn cameras from this company. Body worn cameras are not reliable and the implementation staff that helped us with the installment was not at all knowledgable on their product. Equipment came configured wrong even though we filled out the configuration paperwork for them. This company used to be WatchGuard and we had squad cameras and a few body worn cameras with them. We were happy with the 9 squad cameras and the body worn cameras were OK but we only had a couple of them. Motorola purchased WatchGuard and the quality of service really dropped. I would seriously look at a different vendor before committing a large amount of money into Motorola Solutions!

I own a boutique hotel in Chicago and got the engaging guests solution from this place a while back. I got 10 SL2M Two-Way Radio for my security guards and 15 XiR P6600i Series for the rest of the employees to make their work easier. The MOTOTRBO System was also installed in my hotel and this helped a lot! The communication is much easier now and faster as well because it is two-way. Satisfied with them a lot
Motorola Solutions is amazing and I'm so glad that I installed their software systems. The prices are worth every cent you pay and it is affordable too. Their software has helped with the communication across the organization and made it utterly seemless. Very satisfied!
