This is my first time on this site. I came here and found some valuable info about another site. However after stumbling across the bad review of mountainindustry.com I feel compelled to defend this outstanding RC website. I have made over 50 purchases from them and haven't had one bad experience. The product is always high quality, professionally packaged, and shipped ultra fast. I, as most customers of their site, have had an email or two go unanswered but never questions about payment status. I'm sure it has more to do with legal concerns than apathy. Gather your own information before buying. They only supply the tools. The research is your responsibility. And they only deliver the best tools in my extended experience with them. They have changed shipping policies including slightly raising rates, and added a 3 dollar handling charge. A minor irritation for me, an understandable deal-breaker for others. The bottom line is: they deliver the most consistently high quality product, and are the most reliable RC supplier I've dealt with in 10 years of personal chem research.

I got completely screwed by this website. I purchased 250 dollars worth to get the free overnight shipping and the product was completely bogus. I'd be shocked to know if it wasn't just babypowder. WORST EVER
