Great quality products at reduced prices I had an issue with a delayed delivery II went on Chat 3 times The third rep, Tiago, was insulting Told me that the text number I had for NLS was a Scam, number That I could not properly read the order number He repeated this twice I told him I was insulted, yet he continued I requested a refund Then I asked to be directed to a manager I did receive a response I will not accept any apology I will NEVER purchase anything from Mountainwarehouse I will NOT tolerate this insulting behavior from anyone
