We had already sold our house and needed to move really fast. No company was able to move us in less than two weeks and then I found Moving Apt. One of the sales representatives is my mom's acquaintance and he helped us with everything. We were moved very quickly and for a reasonable price. It was absolutely great! They get my highest recommendation on helping us out whereas no one else would.

What I liked about this moving company is their punctuality. They always kept their deadline and they arrived at every spot on time. They certainly know what it means to be professional! They also did the packing, loading, unloading very professionally and carefully. But because of their professionalism, I received a damage free move. I don't think I need more than this. I highly recommend Moving Apt to others!

Searching around for quotes and the guy who called me, told me how obviously I know nothing and also said, wow you are clearly not up to speed. He also insisted that the other companies I have quotes with were obviously lying. This was easily one of the worst sales pitches I've ever dealt with. I ended the conversation with, I'm not really enjoying this conversation goodbye. The whole reason to search around is the learn what is out there, not get put down about my current situation.

I had a great experience with Moving APT. They delivered and stored all my furniture with no damage to any of my belongings. The delivery went smoothly and I appreciated all their help setting up my bed and other items I would otherwise be unable to do myself. They traveled all through the east coast to deliver my furniture at my new house and were very responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone interested in a smooth experience.

This company is a scam. Go with anyone else. Load it up in or do it yourself. They'll scam the hell out of you. They will give you the run around until your things FINALLY arrive. Completely unprofessional.

I used this brilliant mover a couple of weeks back and it was the best moving experience I have ever had. Price was a little less than quoted and the movers were super friendly. They were on time, packed and delivered things with care, and the communication before and during the move were excellent. No damages to any of my belongings and they were kind enough to help me unpack. I will definitely use Moving apt when I move again! I highly recommend this moving team!

It's November 1st. The moving company they brokered picked up my things on October 6th. I'm almost 1 full month of not having my things. I can't get in touch with the moving company, MovingAPT can't get in touch with them. No one has any answers for me. I don't know when I'm getting my things. I do not want others to go through what I'm going through right now, so I will be leaving a review on as many websites as I can find. Find a reputable moving company, not a broker. Or at the very least, find a broker that carefully vets their moving companies. I do know one thing is for certain after this experience: I will never use another moving company again. I will do it all myself. That would have been a lot less stressful than this has been. I should have done more research into this company, I would have found an alarming number of complaints hidden under their 4.2 star rating.

Update: The company has reached out to me, and I was able to get into contact with the moving company about the delays. They are in the process of expediting my delivery (it seems the truck carrying my things broke down and my stuff is at a facility in the state I'm currently residing.

I understand things go wrong and things get delayed, but when I went without proper communication and no one could get in contact with the moving company for a few days, I started to become (understandably) concerned.

I do want to thank MovingAPT for reaching out to me.

Update November 8th: We are on day four since my last contact with the moving company who said my stuff would be delivered in 4 days. MovingAPT said they would 'expedite my delivery' which has not happened. We are approaching the 21 business days, and I've been in this apartment for almost a month with no stuff.

I just contacted the person of contact from the moving company and received a text back that 'he's at the doctor with chest pains.' I honestly don't care at this point. I just want my things. Pretty soon I will be wanting my things with a full refund attached. I have reached the limit of my patience.

I have used the best moving company ever! They were helpful, strong and hard working. The guys did everything we asked quickly and efficiently and with good high spirits. We have used Moving APT two times now and we are very much satisfied. Both times we did long distance moves and both times they aced it! They were so sincere and caring that we did not need to worry at all about our things. The guys were excellent! I highly recommend them!

The service that Moving apt provided was swift, competent and responsive. They did not only do a good job but also showed a good sense of humor. It was very gloomy weather but they enjoyed uploading. They had my whole belongings packed up within only four hours. Everything was fine in the end. No loss or no split though there were many fragile items. I will definitely recommend Moving apt.

The crew assured us not to be tense. Moving Apt dispatched some highly skilled packers at our home to wrap and load on to their big clean van. They truly made the moving procedure comfortable from the day they appeared. If anybody needs any sincere, skilled and punctual mover for a long distance move, I think there is no alternative to Moving Apt.

After talking with Alex on the phone for over an hour we did an on the phone inventory our four bedroom home no one ever came out to look at the house we set up the move they required a down payment and gave us a three day window when we couldn't get a hold of the moving company didn't hear from them on November 16 or 17th we had to call them on the 18th no one called us until the day of they were trying to maneuver a same-day delivery which is absolutely asinine then they reschedule with another company for the very next day which was the 18th they showed up at 9:30 in the morning expecting to move a two bedroom apartment? Where in the hell in translation did that happen I have no idea, they end up getting about 75 percent our belongings loaded so guess what we had to scramble that night to try to figure out how in the hell we were going to get the rest of our stuff out because we need to be out by the 18th the new owners were taking ownership the next day we found a truck hired my son-in-law and my daughter to load up the rest of our stuff and move and drive all the way to Arizona and then drive the truck all the way back an absolute nightmare expense food and gas and time and distress!

The two guys that showed up with this company called U move they were just helping out for a friend? Whatttttt?

But they told us they were advised a two bedroom apartment so when they got there you can tell they were overwhelmed and stressed with a very small truck and only two guys for the job Tyler and Melvin

But we did have some furniture that got beat up my washer and dryer got dented up,
And then they attempted to try to take out our refrigerator they damages couple walls and damaged it really bad so of course we had to fix it, Instead of everything going so smoothly for us our worst nightmare hit, we were there in our home until 3 AM picking up the pieces

The company that came out didn't even have their moving truck as you can see

During the initial call, we discussed our need to move to Arizona in, time was of the essence. Ian informed us that for a slight premium, he can have our items picked up ASAP, and the items would arrive in AZ within 7-10 days. Ian was confident that it would be within 7, the men would want to be complete prior to the 4th of July, 10 days would be worst case. Ian said that his company would keep us informed as to the status of our items throughout the process.
The items were picked up June 25th in the morning. Moving APT contracted five Star Moving located in Adams Ma.
We flew to AZ Tuesday the 30th. We had not had any communication with Moving APT at this time. After many calls to Moving APT- they were not returning our call- We were asked if we read the contract. We explained the conversation with their sales associate. The moving supervisor asked if we read the contract. She said that in life you need to read the contract. She said that the sales persons job was to close the order, it was our issue for not reading the contract. She said "sales people lie" they had up to 30 days to make the move.
We called and had a conversation with Five Star. They said they were unaware with what transpired, we might see our items on the 17th. The items arrived late on the 23rd. We were called 30 minutes prior to delivery.
I would recommend contacting a National Brand Company

Yes this is actually what happened! They took our stress and all our worries. The way they managed the move was amazing. They provided us with a good deal for starters. A foreman and his two helpers came on the moving day and packed like machines. They took such good care of everything that we did not even bother monitoring them. They were experts in every field and they made our long distance move into a pleasant experience. There were no damages in the end and the price stayed the same. Moving Apt took our stress away! This moving company is horrible. They gave us a bunch of lies regarding delivery dates and will not keep you up to date where your stuff is. I has been 26 days, when the MAX delivery days was suppose to be 21. We have no idea where our belongings are, they apparently dont know because they cant get ahold of the driver ever! They keep giving us the same story and at this point im not even sure if we will get our things! I have no idea how this place is still in business. I wish I was the one that had a hand in hiring a moving company because I would have NEVER gave my money to them. READ all the reviews, not the ones on their site like my family member apparently did. All the other reviews I have read say the same, and when their things did get delivered things were damaged badly and MISSING. I just want to try to prevent this from happening to any one else!

Moving Apt made my move so easy! The foreman and his crew were so helpful and really went above and beyond to get my move done as quickly as possible. They made sure all my items were protected and delivered it all to me safely. The customer service was very good. They contacted me many times and informed me about the whereabouts of my belongings. I really did have a good moving experience with these guys.

Moving Apt is no doubt the most professional mover I have ever dealt with. I won't say that they are the best among the best, because truthfully there are many other good movers too. What I can say is that they are very good. They know how to make you happy. They give you a good deal. The delivery was made on time and the items were all well protected. More or less, this is what I wanted. It was a very smooth move. Also one more thing, their rates are far better than the others.

We all want one thing from a mover. For them to move us without any damages. It really hurts when they break your belongings. But Moving Apt is very careful and efficient. They did everything I asked and even did stuff on their own like labeling the boxes and fixing up the beds and electronics. They are so experienced that you do not need to monitor them. They have the best rates and the best team. I highly recommend them.

Everyone at Moving apt is professional and considerate. I'd use them over and over again. At first I was a bit skeptical because I heard so many bad stories. But thanks to them my move was like a breeze. They handled my giant furniture very well; they took great care of my breakables and moved me in record time. Yes I had a great moving experience with Moving Apt. The moving team called me an hour before my scheduled pick up and asked if they could come early or if they needed to wait until the scheduled time. I was ready to get the show on the road and they were there right away! They got everything packed and ready to go in 4 hours. They kept me informed all the way and even delivered a day early. That is what I call punctual! All my belongings were safe and sound and not a single scratch! It doesn't get better than this, does it?

It wasn't an easy move, so I really appreciate their hard work. Their efficiency and effectiveness in moving service is hard to find. The result was great and everything was settled without any damages. The loading process went well and so did the unloading. I'm a literature major so my walls are just filled with shelves and shelves of books. They gave me a good price and a hefty discount because most of my moves were just boxes. It was a great move, the movers packed up my flat screen, the only fragile item I had, for free, which was great. Nothing at all was broken, I was so happy with the service Moving Apt provided me!

Moving apt was just the kind of reputable company that we needed, they were on time with our delivery and communication was the key and they held up their end of the bargain.
