“Too good to be true.”

Order placed Jan 2021. I emailed customer support asking if there would be a tracking number. They replied that it would be available in February. I didn't mind this, as I wasn't in a rush. Well, unfortunately the item still has fnot arrived as of April. No replies to any emails now. I've paid for an item that I fear will never arrive. Buyer beware.
