Mulligan's Highland Heights

We waited for our appetizers to the point where an employee, who we assumed was the person who made them, delivered them. When placed on the table, we noticed that the cheese on our appetizer was hardened and looked as if it had been ready to serve 20+ minutes prior to be taken out. Therefore, the cook must have realized that they had been sitting out and that he should probably take them to a guest. Meanwhile, with no acknowledgement to us from our waitress, she was giving excessive attention to her guests at the bar. We tried to eat the appetizers since we were so hungry and still hadnt ordered a main meal because of absence of our waitress but decided to just get the check and leave when she finally checked on us an hour later.
