I have never placed an order with them before however, someone accidentally put in my cell number for the notifications & when the driver couldn't find the place or even the correct hotel room, they kept calling me. I was at work so I couldn't answer the phone but they left me messages. After work I contacted Munchery about this issue and they explained to me it was the customer's fault and they sincerely apologize for bothering me. I wasn't mad or anything. They were professional and very nice to me on the phone.
I have tried several Munchery meals, trying to hang in there after paying my $85 membership fee (for WHAT?). These meals are absolutely identical to any supermarket deli or all-you-can-eat trough food. Tasteless and generic, Munchery successfully illustrates the power of the picture... NEVER have these meals tasted as good as they look.
My family just discovered Munchery and are awfully glad we have. Both my wife and I work so having fresh, healthy food around for us and the kids really saves us. Sometimes there is not as much variety as I would like but that isn't much of a knock.
