I am very impressed by this company! First of, the printing on these cases is top quality making them absolutely beautiful. They have a good variety of case types that makes the choice easier for the customer. Their biggest strenght for me was the customer service because they are very professional, fast responding and very comprehensive. Overall, I totally recommend them for anyone looking for a good company making custom phone cases!
I have messaged this company since Christmas of 2022. I've gotten the runaround I've messaged them again just recently and was told that it's out of 30 day warranty. I messaged them multiple times and called them multiple times within 30 days and nothing has ever been done no exchange for my case no money back this company is terrible. Do not buy from them. Their phone cases look terrible and they're cheap.
After only three months of light use, my iPhone case cracked and their warranty is only thirty days. Clearly this is a product of poor quality. I would not purchase anything from this company.

My son placed an order and he never received it. If the item is out of stock, they do not call you. I called three times and found out that a rep named Tamara canceled the order After she told me, she was adjusting the order to a new case. My son still did not receive his refund. If an item is out of why is it still available on the website? When you ask manager, they give you the runaround. The rep Desiree just kept justifying why they weren't available. I will never order from this company again! I will not stop slandering this company on every social site until my son gets his money back and receives an explanation for this mess!

Like other reviews here, the printed pictures were initially fine, but started showing cracks pretty fast. At this point (within 3 months) the printing on the spine of the iPhone7 case is completely cracked, essentially white with pieces of the original photo shining through as if attacked by a shredder. Of course their 30 day warrantee is absolutely useless. By the time you realize you should address this for a replacement/refund they push you off to their unconditional 30 day warrantee which will have expired. The company DOES NOT STAND BY THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCT. Clearly the 30 day timeline is well designed for them to keep providing bad service to their customers.

I ordered a phone case and it worked out to 49.60 Canadian October 2 /21.
After 2 months or less the pictures which were in the outside of the case ( not sure how these were supposed to last on outside of case) I sent a message and picture towards the end of January. Of course it would be out of warranty so they could do nothing. I wish I would have gone onto their website and read the reviews none over 3. I gave them a 1 with several other dissatisfied customs. Do yourself a favour order from another company with better customer satisfaction.

They put the wrong shipping label on my package and refuse to correct the situation because it might get delivered. The package is over 3,000 miles away from my home.
Initially, I was very pleased with my iPhone case. I got the Classic Photo design so there was a picture on front and back. Well after only 3 months the picture on the back is rubbing off even though I keep it in the original box it arrived in when I'm not using it. So it gets treated with kid gloves. I reached out to them about this. They basically said it's outside the 30 day window for return. I agree with the others on here that their customer service is atrocious. They have zero interest in making things right or standing behind their product which is substandard. I would expect it to last at least a year especially given the high price point. Don't waste your money.

I had heard great things about this company, so I went and looked at their products for my new ipad mini 5. I got a case with two pictures, one on the front, the other on the back. It turned out beautiful but, the way it came packaged, just awful. A cheap cardboard box like packaging and wrapped in brown paper. For the cost of the item, over $50, I'd expect more. But, the product turned out beautiful so that's why I took two stars away. For the packaging of it.
I have owned a folio style case for less than 1 year which I paid full price for. I sent a video showing the condition of this case to customer service and was declined a new case based on their 30-day guarantee and was offered a 40% discount. I will post a video of my case below. A 30-day guarantee at their prices is absurd Once I decided on a new case I was in the check out portion of my sale and noticed they were running a 35% off sale at that time. In essence….I received a 5% discount which I brought to their attention to no avail. They totally dismissed me. I think the biggest issue I have is the awful condition of my case less than 1 year old and the fact that their website does not offer any form of submission for one to post a review. Their REVIEWS section posts few very positive reviews, nothing negative, and no way to submit a review. Hmmmm?

Absolutely atrocious company. I ordered a personalised phone case and that was over 2 months ago. Custom service tells me to contour to wait I paid $40 express shipping $100 in total. Not impressed DO NOT RECOMMEND. Trying to get my money back right now.

Durability is nonexistent. Photos were peeling the first month. After 6 the photos are virtually gone. A photo case I purchased from a different company lasted 4 years and is still in better shape then this one after 1 month
My first experience was great didn't have issues the case lasted and picture quality was great. This time I got my phone back in Sept. I started to note the picture just not looking as nice about 3 months later but thought ahh maybe I am imagining it. Over time it got worse so I messaged them on it. Reply we are sorry you are not satisfied but its our of 1 month warranty. Said of course it is this would not happen in a month. Don't care. I got a T shirt for Christmas and the wording faded the person that got it emailed the company and they are replacing it no questions asked we just sent a picture. Similar reason but this company doesn't even ask to see a picture of the issue. Nope won't order again. They have lost my business I will find a company that cares. Oh and you know they only post the positive reviews on their website. The second photo is my case now and you can see how it has faded. Shotty work.

It's very unfortunate to pay for something custom made and personal, only to have it be a total disappointment upon arrival. I personally feel cheated. I ordered an iPad case, when I opened the package the case looked nothing like the pic I ordered from but the worst thing of all was the cover does not fit my iPad. This company should be ashamed of themselves and the should change there logo to... we are guarantee you will be disappointed with us. There was not any receipt or bill. I am so DISAPPOINTED
For years we have been buying iPad cases here, always fine, worked properly putting the device to sleep like Apple designed. Not anymore. I have had a tiring Facebook dialog with them because their customer "service" dept blew me off several times by email and phone. After trying to explain they didn't work and them saying things are correct, I took my new iPad Air cover to Apple who verified there are no magnets in the cover to put it to sleep. They have lied, mislead and now produce an inferior product. IPad battery life is iffy enough without this cover not working. Their last post finally admitted they removed them. Why? Don't buy!
My case was great if I wanted to turn my head sideways to see the pictures and text straight. The 30 day guarantee is a great advertisement but I had to work through my bank to get my money refunded. I found customer service to be rather rude and not helpful based on the policy.

I ordered an iPhone case customized with my own pic. When I entered this pic online I checked it twice as there was a front and back version. When received only one side was printed. When I complained, they stated it was my fault that I only uploaded half. This I knew not to be true as I checked it. They offered to do it again at 50% off. WHAT? You couldnt do it right for the full price! And oh they sent me two opportunities to give them (customer service) a good rating.
This product is a total rip off. They printed out the photo as a sticker and put it on the pack of a pre-bought clear case. Cost almost $30. The image will scratch and damage with water or wear in the first day.

I got the email saying that my case was shipped. I clicked on tracking and it tells me that I have to add cookies to my phone. This is a brand new phone. I'm not going to do that. So I went in to sign in my account with them. It told me my email doesn't exist. Are you serious? I am upset with myself that I didn't read the reviews first before ordering. This company seems to be shady, scammers & fraud. Watch your credit card that you used for the purchase. I looked at mine and there is a foreign fee on there for $1.16. I have no idea what that is. I have to call the bank tomorrow on it. Stay away from this company. Once I get my cover I might be doing another review. BEWARE!

I placed an order for a custom case... got a confirmation after approval that it was shipped... kept waiting and finally called to check and no one could tell me why it had not shipped... had to call again to find out the case was out of stock... told me i could chance from case i selected... canvas back case... What? How would that even stay clean? Or protect? Would not recommend this company! Getting a refund... will see how well that goes!
This is an update review. After all my communication, and possibly my prior review, their customer service stepped up, and sent me a corrected charging pad. So I will now use their products in the future. Still have my 2018 phone case, and it is in great shape. Thanks for making a wrong, a right.

I have had my phone case since 2018... it is still as nice as the day I got it. Wanted to order another, but maybe switching phones... so I ordered 3 charging pads, they work with many newer phones. Haven't
Gotten them yet, so if they are as nice as my case is, I'll be very happy. I changed the location of my cord on one, hopefully it comes as my special note instructed them. However, I'm going to check with customer service. I did speak with them already before and the girl was very nice and helpful. So highly recommend this company. We purchased a case from them as a birthday gift. The case was two pieces and the personalized one was great but the rubber case that went over the phone was for a different case and phone type. When we contacted customer care they said we must have ordered the wrong case (even though they repeated it was for an iPhone 8 plus) and they would give us 50% of our next order. I would recommend this company to anyone!
The case is a stock case- nothing custom, no pictures or monogram or anything - the wrong size came and they will not exchange it, unless we pay 27$ more than the previous 40$. Will check reviews 1st next time- since they are all bad that I have found. Any reputable company would exchange -
