Ordered a handbag, they sent a wrong one that seem to fake. They claim everything is authentic... BS. I contacted customer service they sent me free ups label to return. Does not tell me if I'm going to be refunded OR send me the right bag I ordered. I called phone number and all I get is answering service. Left few messages, does not reply back. Not a good business to deal with from my experience. How can you send a wrong item and not apologize for the mistake and communicate to fix it. This spells ripoff, liars, bad business.

Never even got the bag... 5 months of backorder, the only reason I even remembered I ordered it was because I was cleaning my email. THESE GUYS SUCK!
It is a complete scam! I should have researched reviews on the site before purchasing and I would have been warned sufficiently. The company charges your cc and creates a fedex packing slip, sends you a tracking number and NEVER sends out the product. By the time I was finished abusing the poor FEDEX guy, he let me know the product had never been sent. Now my cc company is contacting the merchant and must wait 60 days for a response before resolving the issue. Dont be blinded by the low prices! I also read in various places that the products, once received, are not authentic. Further, I have called, emailed and tried to contact them ad nauseum. They completely ignore phone calls and emails. I feel violated by these people and wanted to warn everyone against them.
HORRIBLE. I bought a purse and they sent the wrong purse. When contacted them was told to send it back COD. Which I did and they would re send the correct purse. But they REFUSED to accept the purse back when UPS delivered it... so now I am going through my bank to try and get my money back. PLUS the purse they sent me was supposed to be a FENDI and it had NO Authenication papers. So BEWARE and BE CAREFUL as once they get your money... you can forget ever getting what you really bought. And I loved how they charged my credit card the day I order but then waited a week to send the wrong bag... and now when I call. No one answers... nice huh? RIP OFF!
