“Bad UI design and worse customer service”

Trying to make a correction on my insurance and was only able to use either automatic services or an online form. After submitting the form with an explanation of the situation, not only just got an auto-generated email with a useless general guide, I have to respond to the email and retype the whole explanation. I finally got a response from customer service personnel, still, only send me the useless general guide. Do you guys not read the message at all?

My doctor did some blood work in house and sent the samples out for testing. My medicare insurance didn't cover all and I got a bill for $181 and mydocbill sent me a paper bill and gave me the option to pay it off in 3 installments. Set up the first thru my Chase account and then got a bill for the balance due on the next billing plus a charge they say was owed from a prior test. I paid the balance off and in less than a few days was charged the monthly fee that was set up before. Have played email tag with mydoc for a week or more and got Chase involved and the charge was refunded thru them.

Now I get an email today saying that mydocbill.com needs more time to look into this payment and refund, and I sent them a reply to not bother as I got it back thru Chase and would leave a review on line. Here it is.
