This company contacted me through email, saying that I had a package waiting at their depot to be delivered to me.

But however, they couldn't deliver the package because they had the wrong address.
So, I gave them the correct address and paid £1.75 towards postage etc.

Anyway, a couple of days later I wake up to find £21 pounds taken out of my account by the said company.

I have had to contact bank and had to arrange for a new card and number.
And I have not received any parcel.

The most pathetic and poor delivery system.
It happened with me for at least 10th or 11th time that my package never arrived
I wonder why the non professional drivers not follow my delivery instruction and I lost my packages
I only receive a message that my package is delivered but in actual its never arrived
The customer service is available only to listen my complain and for the refund of the amount of my lost amount but I am sure that they never recorded my complain against their non professional drivers and thats the reason my delivery always lost
