Even with minimal information about where to deliver the partner's package in Berlin, they still managed to and made them so so happy. Great price for great service! I did not get the flowers delivered to the correct address, even though I show the address I picked was correct. And was refused a refund. I was told i could re order and pay full price for new flowers and delivery. Or go pick them up ( in another country) my self. I have ordered a bouquet for the 8th of March for my mother in law, and it was not delivered at all. No one contacted me with order update/status. After i reached out to the company, they just offered to deliver it the next day after the occasion as their courier just missed my order.
I do not recommend ordering with them. It is unreliable service with lack of support.
Completely incompetent company. Flowers were ordered for a Sunday. Even after contacting the lethargic support, there was no delivery.

Very disappointed with this service. I would never recommend them or use them again for international delivery. The flowers were nice enough, nothing special, but the the company is slow to respond and told me they would let me know when my daughter's birthday flowers were delivered. They never did. I had to text my daughter to find out. There are many international flower delivery services, this is one I would recommend staying away from. Gould have done my homework. Their reviews are terrible.

Do not recommend. The flowers never got delivered. Delivery says 10 am - 5 pm. At 5 pm one phone call that delivery will happen in 40 min. 40 min passed no call nothing. The delivery person said they called why then there's no call? I had to call myself 3 hours later just to find out that the person can't find my apartment. Is it my job to go look for delivery person? Does the delivery person not own GPS? So because they can't use GPS it's my fault? Not to mention that the person I called was rude and loud. This kind of service is not acceptable for this price. At 9 pm I had work so I couldn't pick up my flower anymore or maybe the delivery person thinks that I stay home all day and do nothing? Should I wait till midnight to get flower delivered? I highly don't recommend it. Lost money, lost time, asked for return money and no return available.
A FRAUD! Our experience with MyGlobalFlowers in Spain has been a total FRAUD.
We regret not having read the reviews on TRUSTPILOT and GOOGLE before purchasing from them: believe the reviews from everyone else! MyGlobalFlowers operates a completely FRAUDULENT SYSTEM, RIPPING OFF every one of their customers by exchanging CHEAP ALTERNATIVES for the more expensive items paid for. As evidence here and all over the internet, they have been REPEATEDLY caught out, reported and exposed, and yet they continue OPERATING IN AN ILLICIT WAY.
Not only do the products they offer on their website not come close to the quality or freshness that would be expected from a professional operation, their bouquets also look NOTHING LIKE what they offer in their catalogue, nor do they include the same number or blooms nor blooms of equal value, and yet their prices are inflated by 70% over purchases made locally.
They will say that "some" substitutions had to be made to an order depending on availability, but NOTHING we paid for on is remotely similar to what was delivered. EVEN THE CHOCOLATES! Did the chocolates have to be substituted for INFERIOR ITEMS due to availability?! And without any warning, acknowledgement, taking responsibility or offered reimbursement, refund or replacement?!
Of the 8 types of flowers in our selected bouquet, only two were delivered in a bouquet for which we paid €135; we have found THE SAME bouquet at a local vendor for €35.
MyGlobalFlowers are A TOTAL FRAUD. And the behaviour of their 'Customer Relation Manager' takes their arrogance and ineptitude to the next level. An apparently American woman speaking terrible Spanish, blindly repeating that the flowers are fresh and that the bouquet was delivered on time, which is her only mission.
We didn't pay for "just any bouquet" to be delivered and even the flowers delivered were OBVIOUSLY NOT FRESH, aside from not matching the order. Deliver a totally different bouquet to the one you are earning 80%? Full of unwanted flowers? Chosen arbitrarily without consulting the client? Without asking if the flowers they have chosen are harmful to the customer's health?
Such behaviour is not only ARROGANT and FRAUDULENT but DANGEROUS.
To top it off, the message they present on the website in terms of dissatisfaction does not apply to bouquets that THEY consider to be fresh. Who says? What's the standard? Not clear, but apparently the "SATISFACTION GUARANTEE" DOES NOT APPLY TO A BOUQUET THEY CHARGE €135 FOR.
Why offer a "guarantee" at all if what counts is that the company is satisfied with COMMITTING FRAUD?
And if you complain they'll offer a 15% refund to make you go away and the GHOST you, refusing to pay or respond. Customer Client Manager AB has no arguments to defend the FRAUD.
I invite all those customers who have had a similar experience to report this MyGlobalFlowers. This SHAM COMPANY is ripping off customers INTERNATIONALLY and driving honest, local florists out of business by undercutting them with FRAUDULENT PRACTICES.

The delivery was not on time. They didn't even calle to me and didn't notify me about they were late. When they called finally in 2 hours from the last hour of appointed delivery and on my question why they were so late, thay told me that thay had not my address. It is a lie! They had it!

I ordered some flowers from this site a few weeks ago, and when they were delivered, they were wilted and in an unsatisfactory condition, and they literally died within two days. I notified the company, and they asked for photos. When I sent them the pictures, their only response was to deny that the flowers were not theirs and failed to respond to subsequent emails. How pathetic. I will never again conduct business with them and I hope you won't, either. Not recommended.

They do not deliver what you order and exchange for cheaper inferior flowers. Change chocolates to cheaper option. When I complained and wanted assurances it would not happen again, they wrote me they'd pick up the flowers and refund my money, but my friend would be offended. I never even asked for a refund, just an acknowledgement of what happed would not happen again! Total scam and horrible customer service. If your okay spending over a $100USD for $10-15USD quality flowers and gifts, because "you were warned in the mail about replacements." (from their actual email) then this is the place to throw away your money ;) Buyer Beware!

Don't work with MyGlobalFlowers.com. They do not deliver in time, communication is very poor and always with other people who don't know the history of your complaint, and at the end, when they deliver too late (they were supposed to deliver when my wife arrived at a hotel so she can enjoy the flowers during her stay), they refuse to refund. Ordered a day ahead of time. Didn't get there until an hour after closing time (9pm instead of 8pm). Ordered a huge colorful bouquet of roses in 8 colors; they sent only dark red, pink and yellow. Ordered two brown bears; they sent one white bear. Ordered a card; no card came. Ordered a grayish opaque vase; the sent an ugly red one. Urgh, never again.

Worst florist service ever. Didn't deliver my flowers on Valentines day. Canceled the order at 15:45 while taken too many orders than they could handle. A company that values money higher than the satisfaction of the customer and clearly has no inventory management skills. Delivery starts at 7AM and 9 hours later, they find out they can't deliver. 9 hours it took to do the calculation, on Valentines day.
If you want your flowers delivered on time, or even delivered, I strongly recommend you to look for another "service".
I am being denied a credit note, and I have talked with some of the earlier customers of the website, that never got their money returned. All emails are getting ignored. When I told them I would police report them, I got an email instantly, with a document attached, of which were a template that lacked their own data and was made in WORD. It was simply downloaded from somewhere and provided.
If I could give 0 stars, I would do so.
All in all a disrespectful company, with a non-existent service level.
I would be extremely surprised if this company wasn't just a fraud company.
