I book ticket with myholiday my money was reduced as per there fare. Next day I got an email stating the airline have increased the price so I have to pay more in order to get a confirmation ticket. When I ask about refund they are saying they need to ask an airline. But when they send you an email it's clearly written that they will pay full refund. And when I check with airline fare it's much lesser than myholiday. Com. It's completely fraud company.

When I ask about refund they are saying they need to ask an airline. But when they send you an email it's clearly written that they will pay full refund.
And when I check with airline fare it's much lesser than myholiday. Com.
It's completely fraud company.

Having booked our flights we received an email demanding an additional $475. I asked for a refund as this would make our flights considerably more than booking directly with the airline. These guys are con artists. I have complained to skyscanner and asked they remove them as a provider

I would like to report the fact of fraud on 16-Jan-2024. It was necessary to purchase air tickets, there were no tickets with convenient connections on the airline's website and the required tickets were found on the website aviasales.com and were redirected to the website myholidays.com for purchase. After paying for the two tickets - $1950, I received a letter confirming the purchase of only one ticket, and for the second one I need to pay another $325, since the airline allegedly increased the price of tickets. I asked to cancel the purchase, the seller replied that this was impossible and offered to give a family discount of $100. We sent $225. And they sent us a reservation confirmation for two tickets. We then checked the availability of the reservation on the Air Europa website and there was only one ticket. We wrote to myholidays support again. They were told that this was a technical error and the issue would resolved in 4 hours. The next day, at our request, Air Europa confirmed and sent us both tickets.
But after about 12 hours later we received a letter from airlines that the second ticket was canceled by travel intermediary myholidays.com and we need to contact them. Then we contacted myholidays support about cancelling, they answer is that there is an error on the airline's side and they have not canceled anything and they need 24 hours to resolve the problem. After 24 hours nothing had changed, we contacted myholidays again and received a response that we needed another 24 hours. After the next 24 hours, we contacted myholidays again and they stopped responding to us completely, ignoring our request. There is no guarantee that the remaining ticket will not also be canceled by scammers from myholidays.com. Conclusion - never buy tickets on intermediary websites, especially MYHOLIDAYS.COM

After purchasing the tickets on line, I didn't received any email confirming it. Instead, the company said that, "because of the floating market", the price has increased and they tried to charge me extra costs in order to have the tickets. After long hours asking for cancellation, nothing solved.

Tip for consumers:
The company should be forbidden to make any deals, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

При попытке оплатить билет на сайте авиа сейлс делает редирект на этот скамерский сайт. Высылают нарисованный билет с которым вы никуда не улетите! Продолжают с вами общение, чтоб после снять с вас еще больше.

When I booked 2 people.
The next day they call me "Your booking is not fully cleared."
"No longer the same price."
"You need a higher price ticket"
And they offer me many expensive tickets. Even they are advertising same price ticket.
And "If you don't want it, then your ticket is not refundable."
And finally, they want to take $19.99 per person.
They want me to send a text "I cancel this ticket and allow to pay $19.99 per person for cancellation."

Booked internal flights in Viernam and Cambodia 7 trips, just over $750.
When covid came and could not travel. Kiwi.com, GOTOGATE, and Travel2be did not offer a refund. Only Holidays.com returned some of my money.
Good communication. Will use them again. Never the others.

Fraud!
I have booked a ticket: Baku - Istanbul flight (5737 TRY = 167 Eur)
The payment for the booking wasn't succesfully finished; however, I have not yet received a confirmation for my reservation. My bank account has sent it price of ticket. I have attach the screenshot. I have talked my bank, I put off my account.

Unfortunately, during the booking process, the screen on my device encountered technical issues, and I was unable to retrieve the confirmation details. I have checked my email, including spam folders, but the confirmation information is not available.

The payment was on waiting list, i called my bank. They said it's paid. A few hours later when i checked. Money gone not on awaiting list. My bank said its confirmed the money gone on their (company) pool. My bank told me the money has been paid. They sent me provision number. But company decline amount of not recieved. I have sent them provision number but still they deny my money doesnt recieve. I confirmed from my bank. I am able to see on my bank account. But they deny. I asked them refund. They say we dont able since we havent recieve. I want to share screenshot but not possible on this review.

We bought our flight for a wedding- and it was an absolute NIGHTMARE.
They never help with anything, we contacted the airlines directly and told them about our issues and they told us the 3rd party booking agent should be able to resolve it. However, they never could. Not even a simple name correction or birthdate correction that they made the error to.
I needed a refund because the wedding ended up getting cancelled and guess what... I had to take a big fat L because they would not help us even use the funds we already paid for, to use for another trip.
Just TERRIBLE! Customer service is TERRIBLE. I feel absolutely stupid for even thinking this was a credible company. Stayyyyyy awayyyyyy!

Tip for consumers:
Leave the website immediately! Do not be enticed by the good prices.

Booked refund air ticket but now saying 51aed able to transfer, No use to connect customer Service. Lost entire amount no response customer service, since 2month contract customer service for my refund. They are playing based on travel time. Fake and cheating the customer

This service is terrible. I bought the ticket in March 2022, and avia company cancelled the flight. I asked to refund my money - and the confirm than they will do it

Bun in fact during 6 month i had more than 70 emails and about 5 calls, and i still did not get my money.

They answered the same letters - "We are working on it" but in fact i did not get any real information when and how i can get my money back.

Im going to connect with police and lower

This by far is the worst company you could possibly go to. Spirit Airlines canceled my flight refunded myholiday.com 10 weeks ago and I still have not received my money. They keep giving me the runaround.

Tip for consumers:
This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life they keep giving me the runaround saying they’re dealing with a third-party that hasn’t paid them yet so they can’t pay me. It’s been over 10 weeks don’t ever use this company.

2 experience happened today, i booked and confirmed, one small mistake happened from my side. Name one alphabet mistake. My holidays did not help me and cancelled ticket and loss me 400aed. Again i booked another ticket and paid. Not received email PNR confirmation. After i check with support, they simply saying flight fare changed tats why ticket not issued. Very bad service and mentally will be irritate.
Dont go thru Myholidays.

I don't believe their core business is actually selling holiday packages. Rather, making money from people opting out of the holiday they've purchased, once they realise the extent of the add ons my holidays included in their fee, without permission. My credit card charge was 5%. Even after I agreed to it, they added another 5% to the total they tried to charge me. Thankfully my bank saw it as a scam and blocked payment.

Recently used this company for trip to Fiji for 5 adults

Issues with flights back as we all went in different directions even though it was meant to be direct flight

It took my wife and I 35 hours to get back from Fiji which is a 4 hour flight.

We approached my holidays for support upon return to follow up with airline about our issues but they wouldn't do so as airline changed flights and not them, yes airlines are the ones who always changed flights don't need to be Einstein to know this

Brushed us off quickly and not one bit interested in providing customer support

Do not use their online booking site. They advertise lower prices for a trip. You fill out the information and purchase a ticket. You receive a message that your booking is under process. Then someone will call you to tell you that that price is not available, but they can offer you another great deal. If you decline, when they process the refund, it is not the original price that you had paid for the ticket. They deduct a large chunk. You call them, someone in Doha picks up the phone, and tells you that the amount was deducted by the bank. Beware of such cheaters! That's all I can say. Booking sites like this have made booking trips a very unreliable experience, and it then forces you to go sites, that always overprice their tickets.

Alert! Don't book your flight through them, cos after I 'successfully' paid for my flight tickets, they emailed me and told me that the airline's fare increased additional $65 and asked me if they could charge this amount on my card!

It doesn't make any sense, I never had this kind of experience, after I bought and paid for my flight ticket, the travel agency asked me to pay for additional fees!

I called them and asked why this happened, they explained that their booking system isn't update so there would be fare different from the airline! Horrible experience! I thought I found the cheapest fare, but actually I paid more!

Tried to book Dubai flight using Myolidays. There was a problem due to which the flight got cancelled. I informed the same to customer care, they responded and initiated my refund a few weeks later.

Terrible customer service, I booked flights and I had a call from an agent to say they were unavailable, they said my money will be refunded straight away, but they did not now 5 days later and every time I talk to someone they say something different. Today it's my flight was non refundable ( it wasn't available) grrrr such frustrating service. I'm waiting for over 6k refund. Never use again. Ever

100 % scam company
Recently, I booked a ticket with this company( MY HOLIDAYS) operating in qatar and paid for it through an online payment gateway. However, after a few hours, I received an email stating that the ticket was no longer available and that my refund would be initiated in 14 days.

I have been trying to follow up with you on this matter for the past week but have not received any response from them. This has caused me to my trip and had made all the necessary arrangements accordingly. From recent reviews in Google i heard its their usual procedure to make people money and make business with that money.

I bought a ticket at the price of $115, right after making the payment they called me and was saying the price went up to the $178 dollar and if you want to cancel now, you have to pay $25 dollar. This is total fraud company, the cancellation charge is their business. They are by born scammers, they learned to scam people from their parents.

I had very bad experience with my holidays today.I booked the ticket through them and the amount debited from my card.But after the booking they say the ticket is not available and so we reversed the amount back.still I have not received the money.Cutomer executives are also not supporting properly.They are finding to argue instead of solving the issue
Please don't go with skyscanner and especially with my holidays. My bank says many customers are them on the same matter. So please don't take risk
