A total scam site! Buyer beware! They claim you can return the items if unused within fourteen days, 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Then when you try to return an item they send you a poorly written email saying no returns are accepted. Also the site is selling copies of Juicy items made in China and the copies are poorly made. Save your money!

This website sells unauthentic juicy couture apparel and handbags for discount prices. I did not know this until I recieved an item I purchased as a Valentines Day gift and there were stitching errors, faded labels, and other horrible detail errors. The website offers "No Hassel Returns and Exchanges" yet when I tried to return it, the company gave and is still giving me the run around. There is no customer care phone number so you have to email Customer care to be 'approved' of your return and be sent a shipping address in which you have to pay for the shipping. This website has not honored any of the no hassel agreements or return policies on the site.

SCAM. SCAM MADE IN CHINA PRODUCTS. EVERYTHING IS FAKE. Bought a purse and the wallet they are the worst immitaion ever, the pictures where u choose ur product are the real thing but what u get is completely fake... i wasted my money for sure it looks preatty convincing but DO NOT BUY!

UFFFFF. I FEEL CHEATED. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PAGE..

I bought over $400 stuff from myjuicycoutureoutlet.com. All Items are imitation, fake, counterfeit. When I received the cloths, It just fell different. Then I compared the Juicy Couture product. You can tell they are not Genuine.

I tried to return it back.
The company website return policy are, unused, all tag attached, and within 14 days after received. They are committed to your satisfaction. Then I tried to call, there is no one answer. Email, They don't respond. Then Get in myjuicycoutureoutlet.com website and left them a text message. They email you a few words "just keep it, we can refund $20 to compensate you if you are not satisfied." Then I demand to return the product due to counterfeit. Then they raise the refund to $4o. I was frustrated and ask for the return address. They wrote back "you will charge shipping fee of $200 to $250, and returning through customs may detain them. I will refund you $50 instead." I just want to return the product and get my money back. Ooooohh! If they denied from received my purchase. I will lost over $400 plus the $250 shipping fees. Ooohhhhhh.

I call the credit card to hold the funds. The Visa company requires a proof of the product are counterfeit. I got no chose and I call the actual Juicy Couture store. Spoke to the representative, the manager and the consumer relation. They will not help me to prove the $400 cloths I bought are imitation from their own company. I owned $1000+ of their product. I just lost faith.

I went on to their represent retail department store, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Saks 5th Avenue, Bloomingdales. TJ Maxx, and Marshall. To find some justices.
And hope one of the department store can help me. At the end. All of them agree that the cloths are counterfeit, but not willing write on a legal paper. Oooohhh.

I called Visa many times to proved the product are not genuine and badly imitated. I just want my money back. I am out of idea.

In the website wrote free shipping over $100. I purchase $426, and got charge $12. Total cost of $438.

The quality of fabric is poor and the workmanship is bad. The stitches are different color and anyone can tell a different.

The brand name tag "Garment" has a wrong spelling "BORH IN CLAMOROOS 05A tm" Instead " BORN IN THE GLAMOROUS USA tm"

The regional Garment has a additional tag " Made in America of imported fabric." Theirs has " Madoin America"
They got a wrong Font.
I took pictures of their bad workmenship. And I can proved it.
