My Brush Set

I ordered some brushes on February 6th. Received an email that my order is shipped, however the tracking number says it hasn't even reached the carrier. Today is 18th of February, no one replying to my 5 or so sent emails. Phone number is out of service. So it's a fraud! NEVER BUY FROM THEM

I ordered the 5 in 1 professional styler on Dec 12th as a Christmas gift. It was never delivered so I reached out on Christmas inquiring about where it was. I reached out again Dec 29th and it finally arrived a couple of days later.
The product didn't even work. There was no air blowing out of the curlers so the only function that worked was a simple hair dyer. What's the point of the product if the main features don't work? Then the main machine just completely fell apart so it was impossible to use.
I asked to return it on Jan 17 and they replied strategically on Feb 1 saying I could only return it 30 days after delivery (with no instructions), which had now passed with their delayed response time. I wrote back immediately saying that's completely unfair because you responded after my 30-day window was up with no instructions so I'll give you one more chance to allow me to return it. They responded almost 20 days later with instructions on how to return it (I have to pay for shipping) or an option for 20% off my next item. Why in the world would I ever buy something from here again?
Keep in mind they say their response time is 1-2 business day (try 15-20 days on average).
It's a scam. Do not buy.

They suck. Order never delivered and no response from them when I emailed about it. Will never do business with them again.

I ordered a curling iron and when I got it it was broken, so I returned it to the address on the site and they still have not paid me back my money. They don't respond to emails and the phone number does not work. Its a SCAM! Save your money DO NOT BUY from them!

Horrible customer service! Sent notification right away that the item had shipped. I was going away and need the item the following week. I contacted them after a week and no reply, and I asked them to cancel as item would not arrive in time. As soon as I tried to cancel they sent it the next morning. This company is a scam as it has another business name Mississauga Mart, which was the website I ordered from, but the charges went to my Makeup Brush Set. I think they operate under multiple business names because they have had many complaints under the Better Business Bureau under both Mississauga Mart and My Makeup Brush Set. I tried to get a refund for the item, but they said I had received it and they had already responded promptly to all of my correspondence, which is not true. I would avoid this company!

I ordered a brush set on December 12th, package never came. I called USPS and they said they received the box but there was NOTHING in it. I contacted the company and they REFUSE to give me a refund because they claim they need my address again to send out a new shipment and since I didn't receive the shipment they can't refund me. I told them I do not want the brushes and to give me me refund. It makes NO sense. They have a fake number posted on their website to call and they take DAYS to email you back and it's always the same answer. Disgusting company.

I ordered a curling iron/straightner in one, I was provided with several "confirmation" emails and a "tracking number" I've yet to receive my curling iron. I contacted them, they told me they can't do anything about since the post office was in possession of it. Finally today I called the post office and gave them the tracking number I was provided, and guess what?! They never received ANYTHING to ship. This company is a SCAM! They STEAL your hard earned money!

I get the fact this new virus has a big effect on shipping and so on. But I bought a 26 color lip pallet the 4th of may and it's already June 2nd and still have not gotten it yet. I had high hopes for this buy due to all the other reviews about this website. I bought something else from the same place/ area the very same day and that item arrived a week and a half later. While nothing on the Shipping progress of the lip pallet. I probably won't buy anything from here again. No point in asking for a refund. Just plain disappointed.

I bought this product on the recommendation of one of my good friends to help relieve my seasonal allergy induced under-eye bags. I roll for 5 minutes, twice a day, after washing my face.

It has not only helped with my under-eye bags, but also has helped calm some redness and is very soothing feeling. I have been using it for at least a month now and I've noticed my skin just looks better overall-more even tone, clearer, etc.

I ordered hair curler in middle of January it never arrived... emailed them 4 times the first two replies they said my order was lost in transit and they would send another one... still waiting! I've emailed again and they said they will update me on status of my order... they never did... I've now requested a refund but I don't think they will refund me... I did pay via PayPal so might take it up with them... I think it's outrageous companies like this are trading. I do not recommend them at all... stay away from them they just take your money.

Ordered 1 Makeup brush cleaner and dryer bowl. 1 set of (3) silicone makeup applicators and 1 setting powder oval brush. All ordered 11/21/21. Received email stating order has been shipped on 11/22/21. It is 1/30/22 and I still have not received my product nor a refund. The company responded to two of my 6 emails saying that they are researching and please give them 1-2 business days to respond to my first 2 emails. THEN received an email asking if I was happy with mu purchase?! STILL no product AND no more responses. The phone number on their website is "not in service". Going to the BBB with an official complaint.

This company is impossible to deal with. They sent me the wrong item and more or less said too bad. I will find another company to buy from and never purchase from them again! Save yourself a lot of trouble...

I ordered a wax warmer and a 100 g bag of wax... with all I still have receipts for I have received the warmer not the bag of wax! I've been back-and-forth with the company mind you it's email only! They still keep trying to tell me they sent it and they did not! I've done everything they asked! On top of all that it took 6mths to even get my order when it says it was coming from NY and I live in N. C. DO NOT ORDER FROM them...

I ordered product months ago and never received anything. I've reached out to them only to get no response. Do yourself a favor, ignore those comments that rate this company with 5 stars. This company is a SCAM! If you have any questions, check out FACEBook and the hundreds of people that never got their items.

Never received my make up palate, it's been over 2 months do not order from them they r a scam scam scam no tracking no nothing, and they will not respond to your Tex or anything, do not order from these people scam

Never received what I paid for. I put my order in December 2019 and have emailed numerous times asking about the delay. Eventually I asked for a refund and this has now been ignored. This company is a scam! Save your money and trouble and shop elsewhere

Ordered a curling iron 1 month ago. Received a couple of emails saying it's been shipped but still have not received anything. Tracking numbers they provide aren't valid. I usually receive a reply email when I question when it will be shipped however my last email I demanded a refund and said this company is BS. No reply from them.

I ordered my wig headband 2 months ago. I recieved several emails of confirmation. I've emailed them 3 times asking, where is my order? I've send order numbers, confirmation numbers and etc. This is so sad that I get no reply. I'm happy for those who like the company, but how can I like something I don't have? I'm very upset about This!

For ANYONE who reads my review. And I hope you do, if you too have been scammed by these horrid people. Contact your federal fraud bureau. You can report this site! Everyone deserves to get their $ back.

This company does not even deserve a star. I ordered on june 20th and its september nothing at all. This is crazy
