MOTIV

I purchased the ring in May of 2019 as an alternative to Fitbit and it worked for 4 months with intermittent syncing issues. Then it stopped working altogether. I spent WEEKS communicating with their "Customer Service "Engineers" about my issue. They had me jump through every hoop they could to delay the process. 4 WEEKS into it and they STILL had not agreed to replace the ring and in fact were STILL fabricating more hoops to jump through or waiting for one of their "engineers" to "investigate" the issue. Eventually they stopped responding altogether. Incredibly frustrating experience. What kills me is that I initially talked the ring up to anyone and everyone that would listen as I loved it... when it worked. I spend just as much time now slamming the ring for the reasons mentioned herein. Actively looking for a viable alternative as it is obvious Motiv has no intention of honoring their warranty which is clearly worthless.
