Complete rip offs, wheres my $#*!ing order. No response to the 7 emails I've sent regarding my purchase. 1 email confirming my purchase, no tracking number provided. Websites tracking status starts delivered to my door but have not received my purchase. Nno 24/7 customer service as stated, no one gets back to you at all. I purchased the 7 piece cordless tool kit and looks like I've lost my money.

I purchased a combo kit, 2 emails to confirm payment, had been sent and email address if need to contact for any reason,
Well 6 weeks later after updating tracking through site still no parcel, tracking says items delivered to front door, well i was at home when it was surposed to be delivered and one came to my door etc. have emailed them several times no reply. Have contacted customs re if the parcel did ebter country or not, waiting for reply. Bank tells me money has gone to account that is not bring up alarm bells.
All i can say is beware. If i do receive the items i will update the review
