MyPix2

I have orders with MyPix2 that go back to early March 2016 - 9 months ago. There is no indication that the orders will be filled, no explanation from the company, and they have a "policy" whereby in instances such as this, they keep your money.
MyPix2 is simply not worth the aggravation. Order from absolutely anyone else, you'll be happier.

I placed an April 30,2016 for a 20 x 30 canvas print using a voucher I had purchase from an e-mail solicitation (my mistake) it is now September 9th, and they still have not delivered my order or can even provide me with an expected delivery date. They have stated it is not their policy to provide refunds on vouchers, even though their web site claims delivery in 30 - 45 days. By Federal law they must reasonably be able to meet deliveries stated on their web site or the consumer is entitled to a refund. Mypix2 certainly does not think so, they use deceptive business practices to get business and you should avoid placing orders with this company.

My order was placed on April 28,2016 and I still yet to receive it. This is however the generic, non-committal response I received from their indifferent customer don't care department.

We are running extended production times right now. We try to estimate but sometimes they can be increased from what you've been previously told. Your order is still in production and we sincerely apologize for the delay. While I am unable to give you a date by which your order will ship, we will do our best to complete and ship it out to you as soon as possible. Again, we do apologize.

I strongly encourage you to not order from this company. This is nothing short of an unfair trade practice. They are over-promising and under-delivering.

MyPix2 listed the amazing state of the art printing equipment they had to do amazing prints of photos. The two photos I actually got, only arrived more than 4 months late, after many complaints and were crappy prints and terribly produced.
The other orders they suckered me into placing, before I'd seen their work, never arrived... and they declared bankruptcy --- Chapter 7 claiming they had No assets and No money... then 4 weeks later, they are reopened for business, with the same photos of their state of the art printing lab... and same photos of all their assets... and in one email exchange, when I tested them, asking about print vouchers I'd gotten before the BK... I got a nice note asking (challenging) me to list those voucher numbers... I had the numbers (surprise shameless scam workers)... and then Nothing...
I've sent a number of polite emails asking them to describe what is different about their "new and improved" company... no answers
