This web site is a fraud. I bought uggs for my wife thinking they were a good price. The truth is, it took about a month to get the shoes. When I finally got them they were fake and cheap. They show pictures of real uggs with sheep skin on the website. However, the boots they sent did not have real sheep skin and look like they could have been bought at the dollar store. Their website says that items can be returned, but they have no return address or phone number. You can only reach them by email. I've been emailing them for a couple of weeks trying to figure out how to return these boots and be refunded, and they finally sent me a message saying they will not refund my money even though it states on their website if you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it. The person who has been emailing me does not speak English worth a lick, and it is hard to make sense of what he or she is trying to say. Do not by anything from these frauds! You will end up as frustrated as I am.
