Good service, car and rate I needed to hire a car for one month in summer to use in Spain, Economybookings offred me good price and a car in very good conditions. I´m happy with he service
These thieves juts charged my CC 500 dollars and sent me a quote, not a booking reservation. No idea where to pick up this paid for car, even if it exists. I called the phone number provided. Very early into the call, the time reached 6pm eastern so they hung up on me without a word. Master Card has already assured me a refund in 15 days. Now I'm left stranded as I don't have room on CC for another booking and deposit. Couldn't find them on Feefo either.

Complete scam. No customer service no support. Rental car company charged me same amount and same services when I picked it up. Beware!

I need a car for one day for business in Miami. I could not get a reservation with any of the major rental car companies for just one day so I googled and I found this site I had to leave a deposit of $43.06. After I booked the reservation my sister went into the hospital with Covid with pneumonia and took a turn for the worse so on today March 29 in the a.m. I attempted to cancel my reservation via email as the cancellation policy indicated. Many hours later someone responded to my email and stated I must go to the website in order to cancel my reservation so I did that I received a cancellation confirmation and it stated my refund would be $0. My reservation was for April 1. I canceled more than 48 hours in advance and they still kept my deposit it's not about the money it's the principle I would never use this company again be careful don't cancel!
