Not one time in 2018 have they sent me an Email bill and I have not received one, What a coincidence they ore the only people I haven't had a bill from in several Months, All my other bills are paid and I have excellent credit, A while ago they Were fined three hundred thousand for short changing customers, Now they have me down for over $300 I live alone only heat 3 rooms and use oil for heat. Whay do you think?
