I opened an account with this bank on one day and deposited a check that evening on their app and they red flagged and and yet here I am days later and they are refusing to give me my CASH deposit back. I spent 3 hours on the phone with 3 different managers at 2 different branches and they said it was fraud. I have gotten checks from this client of mine for over a year and now and never had an issue when I asked what was the problem they said fraud because the check has a Idaho address and he gave me it In Arizona. So grand parents don't send your grand kids checks if they bank here they will not be allowed to cash them. I will proceed further and keep fighting for my money. AND NO ONE and I mean NO ONE could get a hold of the fraud department at all. ALL 3 Managers tried and no one was answering. I will take my money else where when I get it back..
They have you fill out a form for printed checks. THREE TIMES they delivered checks that were printed incorrectly. Each time they charged me for the checks and would not accept responsibility. Spoke to the manager who would do nothing about their error,
So the account was closed. Cost me a couple hundred dollars to find out what a lousy company the National Bank of Arizona is!
