Wonderful customer service!... Bought a very expensive stereo system with speakers and state of the art turntable. It has been a year later and the system works beautifully. They ship wonderfully and you can always reach someone here. They are very knowledgeable about stereo equipment. Brian the manager absolutely number one in my book. If you buy stereo equipment get the best, and this is the site to go too!
"I made this order on the 11th of May, 2017, and I have heard nothing about it. Do you intend to send this to me at all? Either ways a customer timely informed would stand in good stead of any business practice. So do let me know at the earliest what your intentions are. I am a bit impatient considering its past 7 days since this order has been placed. Hope you do really give all Saturdays off to your employees, all of May, they do seem lacking, at least in my case." Wrote this to these guys since there was no response from them after this order was placed. Would have been better off placing it on MusicDirect or Turntablelab. A little pricier but at least they have a normal practice.
