This is a scam site. I wanted an earring, which probably was fake with the price in mind. I gave it a try because it was so cheap. They go through a second party dealer which is located somewhere in China (go figure). There's no tracking number or package update. I suddenly got a package from China, a sweater - a fake Gucci sweater. It was horrible looking, it was way too small even though it was labeled 'XXXL'... I'm a size 'M'. Obviously there has been a mistake. I contacted them and of course there must have been a mix up at the express company. Right. However, the customer service is pretty nice. They're very polite, and will try their best to come across as if they care. But all the options you're given are to 'keep the sweater' - actually they'll beg you to please keep the sweater, or get a 30-40% discount off your next purchase' or both. They'll even make sure "personally" that you'll get what you order this time around. Personally. Great. If you like a 'mystery package' from China, this is your site. If you actually like getting what you order, this is not for you.
