I don't know about the other reviews, but I bought a Genuine leather wallet case, from newshop.com and a MFI apple lighting cable they work superb, I also purchased the home travel station as a gift for my mom and a tempered glass protector for my brother, they are happy with them! And say they work great, when I told them the price they were at awe! The products did arrive in time, about a week or so. I'm happy, will recommend to friends.

Don't order anything from this company, they only steal your money! That's what happened to me, I made my order, never got ever confirmation email. They don't reply emails, the customer service number is fake. Two words, Stay out!

It is definitely a scam. I brought a necklace that was never shipped. They don't even give you an invoice number. There is no contact for them outside of a fake email. Keep your money.
The payment was sent to a direct person. This way they don't have to refund you at all. And there's nothing you can do legally.

Both shop uses the same website. I did my research to see if they are legit. I downloaded the picture from their "about us" section and did a google search. The group of workers are not theirs. Same with another shop called Soarmall (their workers image is from Ikea)

Bought a tool cart her Nov. 4th, 2020. 2 days later or so tracking number was given through USPS. It than was changed to FedEx shortly after. So, Been watching it come slowly my way by FedEx. And on the 17th of November was to arrive. And my tracking said it arrived at 4pm. And I never saw a delivery truck, or recieved the item. Emailed about 8 times... No response. Tried getting help from FedEx, and they said my package arrived in my town, but was wrong address and name to the tracking number I recieved. And since they can't give me the address to see if ots my package, I am trying to contact the place I bought the tool cart... and as stated, no response... very aggravating... payed for Item, never recieved, and no response.

I bought a case about 5 months ago for my Samsung Note 5 and the snap that holds the phone broke off.
Since newshop.com does not have a phone number, I sent them an email and got a response the same day. They asked for a photo of the damaged part and afterwards they sent me a brand new case the next day.
I think that is pretty good customer service

Ordered a product of Legoelys for my granddaughter on April 19,2020. Guest tracking does not work and I cannot get a tracking number from customer service. I have emailed customer service 4 times with no response. Very poor/non-existent customer service. Invoice Number IN*******. Reference # MAWAGQDAA

Never received product and won't respond to emails or phone calls to refund money. I tried to call them and email them and they're not responding to either one yet they did take my money for the kennel $99.

This vendor is a total scam! The product they show is in no way what you receive! You get a cheap product and you can't contact them by phone. We have e-mailed them and have not gotten a reply. Buyers beware! CHEAP CHINESE IMMITATION!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

It took them 10 days to deliver a phone case, after I paid over 7 dollars for expedited shipping. The case itself was only 6, but I wanted it in a hurry.

10 days later, it shows up and it's obviously been used (oily smudges all over the back), and it's stretched out so it doesn't fit the phone tightly. Which means buttons don't work because there's extra space between the phone and case, and the case itself doesn't fully protect the phone.

Returns don't include shipping, so they make their money off you that way.

** stay away ** I'm going back to Amazon.

I ordered a Reiko leather iPad case from a website called NewShop.com, and it had a horrible smell to it, almost like gasoline/oil mixed with other chemicals. I left it out of the package and outdoors for several days, but the smell didn't dissipate. I tried to return it for a refund, but NewShop refused to pay for return shipping because it wasn't considered a defective product. However, it should be considered unusable, since being subjected to the toxic smell causes nausea and dizziness. It would have cost me more to ship it back than it cost to purchase it, so I didn't bother sending it back. They could have just issued a refund anyway, but chose not to. I definitely wouldn't buy anything from them again due to the poor customer service.

I got a protector case it looks like the otterbox brand I love it... i got a Samsung note 5 and this case protect the phone all over
