DO NOT shop at this website, they are scammers! They sell FAKE UGGS and claim they are real. You may not even get any boots at all. They send you emails from any inquiries you have from a person named Sunny who lies and tells you their products are authentic! They also use another name for their site which is uggaustraliaboot.com, which is also a scam! BEWARE!

Ok - THINK PEOPLE... it's Ugg STYLE boot.com... NOT UGGAUSTRALIA... if you are not a savvy enough shopper to know that you are getting REALLY GOOD knockoffs, it's your problem. My sister ordered 3 pairs... if you weren't a shoe junkie, you'd never know they were not the real thing. They look exactly like the original except the sole print isn't quite the same... the label was NOT skewed as one user stated... there WAS a shipping label attached (unlike what another used stated) and YES, they are shipped from Shanghai... again... if you think you're getting REAL UGG AUSTRALIA BOOTS for $80-100... then you DESERVE to be duped! These are great knock offs for a great price...

This website sells fake Ugg boots! They arrive from China so in order to return them you would have to spend $25-40. No where on the website does it state they are coming from overseas it simply states returns are accepted... little does the consumer know that it cost half the price of the boot to ship it back! SCAM ARITISTS!

The take your money and NEVER send the boots! Don't buy from them You can't correspond with them, only thru email and a person named Sunny keeps telling you that she sent your boots but they NEVER come. There is no phone number. If you do get the boots they are fake and they arrive with no return label so you can't return them. We ordered 2 pair One pair came with no return label and no info at all and they were fake. The other pair never arrived. They tell you in email"NOT TO WORRY" and then they tell you they sent them out but they never did. They are scam artists.
