I ordered items on Dec. 1, and have submitted many e-mails to inquire about the status of my order. After each e-mail, a pop-up comes up and states they will reply shortly. Never have I received a response, so I do not know if they are shipping my order. They advertise good customer service, but I have not seen any evidence of that--they don't bother to answer any e-mails, and there is, of course, no phone number. I have also left my number, so they could contact me, but to no avail. I would NEVER recommend this web site!
