NexGen Lithium Ion Batteries

Bought a 36v that didn't last a year. Returned it to Kevin Johnson that claims "it's in the warranty process" 6 months later I threaten to sue him (currently doing that now) because he won't respond. He is a coward and I can't wait to see him at the next trade show. Kevin, I hope you die from as$ cancer

I got a 36 volt battery after a few weeks it stopped working. Sent it back the owner said to bad not fixing it. I found out about his business and here it is. This pos orders the battery from China. China offers a three year warranty. But this sorry $#*! $#*! took my battery and sent it back to China and had it replaced so he could sell it to someone else and make money off of my battery. DO NOT BUY THIS POS product. I had a few calls with the owner,and he doesn't care about the money I spent. I told him to mail my old battery back and he won't do it
This company is a $#*!ing joke.

Owner has turned off the main phone number will not return emails and has not returned any calls from the answering service in weeks. Looks like he absconded to Tamps and has another company called Icon Golf where he hides and fails to communicate from there also. Roy Williams, Icon Golf, NexGen Batteries, *******380, but he won't return your call.

Do not buy from these people. You will get scammed -- I bought a Lithium Ion Battery on July 19th from this company. As of July 27th, 2017 I have not received the battery. Tried contacting them but will not answer the phone or e-mails.
