I've utilized NextDayFlyers for some years and have been pleased with the quality and timeliness of thier product. Recently, I submitted an incorrect graphic and actually approved it only to realize that it was wrong. On a call to NextDayFlyers, I was met with wonderfully warm, helpful assistance from one of their representatives who worked hard to find out the status of my job, halt production, and provide me the means of submitting a corrected graphic. This was not a small thing! And, even more, I was treated as a valued customer with someone who I felt cared not only about my money, but cared about ME! Thank you! These guys are horrible. They say that they will call and they do not. It's like they don't need business. Their "chat" is so painfully slow. I have been trying for 5 days to get our postcards done. I have the postcard done and the mailing list already but I have to wait for them to call me and that has yet to happen even though I was advised that I would have a call back on a specific day. It's sad that all they need to do is actually flow through and they'd have a sale but they don't need it I guess.

Next Day Flyers are incredible to work with. They saved me when at the last minute I needed a 4'x8' Banner made. I ordered banners and was told from the website that my products would be delivered in 5 days. It took over 3 weeks and it was nearly impossible to get in touch with customer service for any updates
