This can be a great site... with that said you have some elements missing. Your description tag will not get you any clicks. What I see is <meta name="description" content="Work at Home Job"> What does that mean? You should be much more convincing and descriptive. Your keywords are non existent. You have no site navigation to speak of and none of your links work... I will assume this is a work in progress. I would also look at putting a site map on the site since you have the potential for a lot of info. It seems like you are doing the right things but the strategy is not there. First thing to ask yourself is "who would search for this" the answer is obvious however, this site is not appealing to the masses, your message is not strong enough, & your call to action is weak.
