This website listed a contact address in California, and it showed brand name wig products in the photos. After I placed an order and received my product, I found out that the California address is fake, and the address is somewhere in China. The photos on the website were stolen photos from brands that they do not sell at all. The wig I received was an entirely different product than what I ordered. I have requested a refund, but sadly I do not think I will receive it.

The NextWigs scite has this statement:
NOTICE CAP COLOR CHANGES ACCORDING TO WIG COLOR YOU SELECT. IF YOU CHOOSE A DARK COLOR, SO WILL BE THE COLOR OF THE CAP VICE VERSA.
That is 'Not" what I received. So After many back and forth emails with them here's their final answer: Dear customer
So sorry, but pictures on our website is referance, all our cap color is light. We are so sorry that you are not satisfied with this, to comfort you, we will provide 10% refund for you.
The company complaint address on their site is not correct. The California address is for a different business, and Who ever Shirley is, they claim to contact! Well (She does not exist)!
I have ordered many wigs in my life time and have never seen this.
They sent me a dark Burnett hair color wig, attached to a pink laced cap!
Normally order from wigs.com but I thought i'd try these guys. Wig was not what I ordered. It was a different color and style. Emailed customer service. Clearly Asian company. Would not listen or consider sending the wig back. Kept negotiating on how much they'd refund. They kept say. Can't make profit on that refund.?. Finally got them to 50% and I took it. Attached a picture of what I ordered and what I actually got.
