Ordered the Retro Sabres Jersey in November 2022. Been in contact with nhl since Nov 26th and always an excuse why I haven't received it. Says it was shipped around Christmas and now they are saying it was delivered. It was not delivered and if it was would I be wasting my time? They will not replace the jersey because they refunded my money which I thought was a courtesy did not know they would use that against me. Becareful

This company is horrible STAY AWAY! I ordered a jersey on 12/8 confirmation and tracking number sent to me. Order gives me three false dates. I give a photo to my BIL for the Holidays to find out on my own THEY CANCELED MY ORDER WITHOUT TELLING ME! Never again... waste of time!
