Brand". I asked the technician the name of the actual company I was dealing with and he refused to tell me! I thanked him for his time and hung up the phone and disconnected the remote session before he could install any spyware etc.

PS. I fixed my own router issue after finding the real Netgear site and walking through the troubleshooting steps.
