Nikis Cleaning Services

Tried three times to get them to do the job agreed to. They were late and didn't do the work. Whole house clean was 'done' in about 1/2 hour, because we were unable to stay to supervise. I have photos that show the mess they left behind - carpets and floors not cleaned or vacuumed at all. Kitchen appliances all left dirty - quick wipe of the bathrooms and partial of the oven was about it. Called and Maritza Uribe (business owner) was kind enough on the phone and offering some lame excuses about why they didn't arrive at 3PM, and instead after 6PM, and promised to come back the following Monday. We had already paid her $395 (site unseen, our bad). We provided a detailed list of what had been done and what was still needed. So Monday comes and goes, and no one showed up at all. No calls, no nothing. The tenants notified me Tuesday evening and I called Maritza Wednesday morning and told her I wanted a refund. She said no refunds but she would send two people out this afternoon to finish the work, "2 people for 2 hours". I said OK. The workers showed up and spent 45 minutes. They did some cleaning and left, but the woodwork and wall areas we needed done, were not finished. I am done, and I hope others don't have the same problem. I have to wonder why Maritza has set up 7 different Google business sites in the Portland Area. I have to say, I don't trust the reviews that are glowing - why did we have such a bad experience, if everyone else is happy. It's a mystery to me. But you have been warned anyway.

From start to finish nikis cleaning takes care of everything. The moment you call in to get a quote you are greeted with a nikis concierge, who makes you feel valued and listened too. They were able to adapt their cleans to my specific needs and wants.
SUCH a positive experience from start to finish. The clean was incredible, Bailey did such an amazing job. She even took extra time in my kids rooms, and in my kitchen. I would HIGHLY recommend her if she's available.

Happy with their outstanding services. I've utilized two other pool cleaning organizations and observed them be questionable with mixed outcomes (and some of the time, somewhat inconsiderate). Their extraordinary to manage - they come when they state, communicate proficiently (messaging is cool), and are in general incredible. Would suggest!

Great move out cleaning experience. I live in a very old house, which tends to have bugs, dust, spider webs, and misc. Gross things pile up quickly. I hadn't been living there for a few months so it was definitely not in the best shape. I was so impressed to come by after the cleaning to see a barely recognized them. I honestly don't think it was that clean when we moved it. I am very confident I will get the full deposit back with their cleaning services.

Hey everyone at first I was thinking maybe this guy might not get all the stains from the kids dropping and spilling things on the floor well I was in for a surprise he did a really awesome job... I mean this guy got the job done and all of the stains were out of the carpet. If anyone wants the carpet cleaned and at a banging price believe the is the man. Excellence Janitorial service is the number one choice for me and it should be for u as well. :)

I had a great experience! I requested a deep cleaning. First off, the staff were very professional and friendly and that was a plus. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work done and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of the service. The workers left my place looking amazing. Great experience from the very beginning. I needed a one-time deep cleaning of my 1BR apartment in LA to start the new year, and The Help Cleaning Service provided a prompt quote through Yelp and answered all my questions. We arranged for two cleaners to come on a Saturday, estimated at about three hours. Once husband-and-wife team arrived, they got started immediately. They brought their own cleaning supplies and vacuum, and wiped everything clean as requested. They even cleaned the floors behind the kitchen stove! Highly recommend will definitely use them again next time I need cleaning help.

I have been with this company for almost 2 years and I have been very happy with their service. The employees are very pleasant and do a great job. I feel very comfortable leaving the house when they are here and I love coming home to a sparkling house. I also appreciate that there is very little turnover in staff. I think I have only had 3 different cleaners. I would not hesitate to refer someone.

All staff were responsive, timely, respectful, and did a great job cleaning my very carpet. They even mopped their way out the front door to insure they hadn't left water spots behind.

Wonderful job by Nikis cleaning service and I am very impressed by the services they provided. As the summers are approaching, just got my pool opened by them. The staff worked admirably and noticed all the little issues that I have with a portion of my maturing hardware. It was amazing and a thorough assessment by them. Educated and very professional staff, superb administration, better costs on items and synthetics. I can't thank Nikis cleanning Services enough. The cleaning service my daughter hired to clean her apartment for move out cancelled in the 11th hour and we were really in a pickle.
