Every time I buy from Nippon-yasan any Video games food or fashion there have more product. The returns policy is also excellent and I have never had any problems. So i think its very good for every one. Thanks.
This website used to be good as it has good pricing, however if anything goes wrong, don't expect their customer service to help. I pre-ordered a product from them, and release date was 2 months ago, they still haven't shipped my items, and multiple attempts of contacting their customer service went unanswered. I would avoid if possible, unless it's absolutely necessary to purchase from them.

I bought a figure on april 28st 2021 (order *******), aka more than a year ago. I've sent dozens of emails, I've tried to contact them in all ways I can, but nothing. They just stole my money and as you can see everywhere online, I'm not even remotely close to the be the only one going through it. Please never use them.

Several orders that I paid for never shipped. After attempting to contact their customer service through live chat, their ticket system, and international calls over several months without any responses, I had to do Paypal chargebacks, only it had been too long and they were ineligible. They did cancel the orders, but refunded my money as store credit rather than returning it. Paypal issued me a refund to one order that they did eventually ship, and as a result they closed my account, thus stealing the store credit. They literally stole $600 from me.

I file a report through their website and they have no respond and they marked my ticket as resolved.

Probably don't have much to say that other people haven't already said. My pre-order from 2 years ago is pretty much toast and I get zero responses from NY asking about when it will ship or if I could get a refund. How such a shady business hasn't already been raided by Japanese law enforcement and shut down is mind boggling.
I had a $250+ order that has never shipped from Nippon-yasan. I have contacted their live chat support multiple times and have been promised time and time again my issue would be taken care of and it never has and chat support keeps lying. I was told to make my ticket "Attention Nakamura" but this Nakamura has never responded. I have opened multiple tickets with them and they keep closing them. I have demanded my money back but have never received a response. Their phone number always goes to voice mail and says they're closed even when they're supposed to be open. This store is completely incompetent.

Hi, i have been using nippon-yassan without a problem since 2016, but after covid hit the customer service has been non existing (never answer tickets, chatbot only offers "escalate" and nothing happens) and they have forced to use paypal protection or bank chargebacks, in a lot of cases these claims are long pass the protection programs (6 months) because many were preorders.
They ended up auto shipping some of my order but still the half left and non a single answer after 4 months.

I placed several orders for Nendoroids. Received 1 order in a timely manner and no problems. My friends had told me to pick this site to order from and, to be fair, the reviews were a lot more positive back then. It's been over 6 months now that my other orders should have started shipping to me. I got no response on four tickets until I told them I will take this up with my creditcard company. Now they are saying they cannot cancel my orders (I told them to cancel and refund; I will take my money elsewhere) because they are ready to ship. But they are no longer providing the shipping method (Transi-Logistics) which I picked and which the payment was agreed on. Now they want me to pay extra to send me the figures... sorry what?! Legal action should be taken against this company and it should cease to exist. I see now that, especially since December, their reviews are all but positive. Buyer beware, please order from any other site like Solaris Japan, never from Nippon Yasan. Do not fall in their trap.
I spent ******* Yen and preordered a few items in July 2019. Nippon Yasan didn't ship my items even after the release date which was in May 2020. Then I contacted them many times for the shipment date. They didn't give me a shipment date and refused to give me a refund. At the end they offered me a store credit. I had tried to use my store credit for ordering a few "in stock" items but Nippon Yasan didn't ship the in stock items. I had contacted PayPal for help but they didn't even reply me. Nippon Yasan is just a scam!
Ordered 2 items on May 8,2020. Waited and waited. No delivery in spite of the fact I have since received 3 separate purchases from sellers based in Hong Kong which were purchased AFTER May 8. Filed ticket on website requesting shipment info. Was told they could not "use shipper" (wtf?). Filed 2nd ticket to Request Refund. No response. Queried 3 more times on 2nd ticket... still no response. Absolutely NO Customer Service. Contacted Paypal and escalated to Claim Refund. Received refund today via Paypal... due to Paypal received absolutely NO REPLIES from Nippon-Yasan either.
I preorder and paid an item with nippon-Yasan on 2019-08-01, it was supposed to be available on Dic 2019, later on Jan 2020 they update my item to "Preparation in progress" never received the item, I opened multiple tickets without any positive response, they delayed the process so i couldn't ask for a refund on pay pal, they only give me store credit for another item witch supposably was in stock, until today May 2020 i haven`t received this new item and their customer service is completely useless, they said they don`t do refunds only gave you store credit, wich is pointless since they are not shipping anything and if you open a pay pal dispute to reclaim your own money they close your account, awful service.
STOP stalling the order! My item was scheduled to be OFFICIALLY released in November, and nothing has been shipped as of right now. This is against YOUR terms and condition stated "Pre-orders are sent from the day of the official release in Japan." AND, more importantly, the OFFICIALLY retail price is 24,200 yen and you are charging 35,000 yen. With delay on shipment and much more expensive in price, I see no reason I am coming back again, and I will not suggest anyone to do so.

Do not buy from this company! During the pandemic, they sent me one email about shipping my item by surface mail and asked me to reply. I replied at least 3 times! They never checked their emails. I did their "chat" but the person answering could not do anything about shipping. Useless! Guess what, they shipped my item by surface without asking me!
I then offered them to send my items locally within Japan. They refused! Saying that they do not send items to Japan! I guess they are not located in Japan, but their shipping fees are based out of Japan!
They did this to me at least twice! I called their "Customer Service" line but it is always an answering machine. They never give meaningful reply.

I used to be a customer of this shop since 2013 so, I know what I'm talking about. I can say that it's been approximately since December 2019 that the service quality started to drop drastically:
1.- They are now overselling items so, for example, I ordered a Myth Cloth EX since August 2019 on preorder and the item was supposed to be delivered on December 2019. Well, it's April 2020 and I have nothing, really, NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY.
2.- They know they failed drastically but they will ignore you. I already raised 4 tickets in their system, the first 3 ones just trying to be comprehensive, asking for what happened and you know, just waiting for an answer. Well they just ignored me, no answers and they change the ticket straight to "Resolved", just like that, believe me, no answer at all. And if you try to reach them by chat, phone, etc. They will tell you they can't help you because that's another department.
3.- If you are a collector that gets preorders you better forget about this. Yes, you may will say "well, I can always raise a paypal case" well, if you are buying for something that is supposed to be shipped immediately that MAY could work (it will depend on paypal service that in my experience sometimes those guys also give you some headaches). I'm warning you because paypal cases can be raised only from a short period of time since you made your purchase.
4.- If you don't care about waiting some extra 4 or 6 months since you should had received your items go ahead, but I'm warning you, recently there been also complains that they are starting to replace the items that they over sold with used ones and I prefer not to take the risk.
Buy from this online shop few years ago, nowadays getting worst and worst, i buying the GX-71 reissue from them, they delay over 2 month without process because they have no stock for the customer who ordered, the unacceptable thing is they ship a USED product to me finally, this is the first version not the reissue version i ordered, the box is opened, the sticker used already on the body, and the parts is damaged!
This is totally unreasonable then i contact them and show the photos, they said they won't send used good and close my file then never reply again, after even u send any ticket, they won't reply and mark the status resolved! This is rubbish CS and a lier, u can't believe that is a Japanese Company
1. Ordered my limited edition nendoroids online and paid for shipping.
2. Goods get delivered to Singapore but courier do not deliver the goods nor even attempted to contact myself.
Instead ships the goods back to Japan.
3. Nippon Yason Customer Support Team takes forever to respond to the ticket throughout the entire process and refuses to reship the goods.
4. Instead slaps me with a refund voucher and forces me to repay the shipping and replace an order to get my goods.
Article neuf arrivé incomplet pour lequel Nippon-Yasan ne m'a proposé aucune solution digne d'un vendeur sérieux. Suite à un litige déclaré auprès de PayPal, Nippon-Yasan a ensuite clôturé mon compte et je n'ai même pas pu récupérer la facture.
Nippon-Yasan vend, c'est tout et il ne faut pas compter sur une quelconque aide du Service après-vente: il n'y en a pas, même pour les clients réguliers!
