I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE AGAIN! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I ordered parts the other day. They came with no problem BUT when installing them I realized I needed a couple more things. So I looked all around the site and could not find the part I needed, so I did a Live chat in the parts information area.
THEY COULD NOT HELP. So I called their parts information line... this is what the guy said when I explained that I could not find the part I was looking for.
We cant give out the part number for that part.
Me, um. How am I supposed to order it from you then?
Well sir, you can submit an email
Any email?
Yes sir, no one in this department knows about parts we just know part #s
Are you kidding me? Did I not call the parts information line? And you are telling me you dont know what i am talking about...
*silence*
Me well you just lost a sale, Great business model

I will never buy from this site again.
I have owned 4 Nissans and love the car but i will get my parts somewhere that I will get the help i need to keep these great cars going.
