Where to begin: Nivano Physicians manage insurance billing & doctor authorizations between doctors and insurance companies and they have ability to mess up the simplest task. I've spent hours obtaining authorization for procedures I've been receiving for years. They tell you everything can be done over their website then make it near impossible to get to your personal account thru their portal. Here is a copy of a recent communication with the Customer Service email: Whomever designed and manages your website sucks! The website hides the patient portal login while predominantly displaying the industry log in, THAT sucks! Now that I have been directed to where you HIDE the member login and been given a temporary password the site DEMANDS that I reset my password. To do that I am required to give my"Old password" however the site does not recognize my old password or temporary password SO wont allow me to reset my password. If your web designers goal was to keep me out of my Nivano portal they have excelled! I will pass this information on to every Nivano chat-site I can find on the web warning people of the difficulties doing business with your organization. With hopes that I can save someone the problems of communicating/navigating with Nivano.Of course if you can offer any assistance with the problem I having then I can deal this the other complication your organization is causing me.
