I ordered an accessorie for my sewing machine from this company and after weeks it did not arrive. I contacted them and was told "it's in the mail." When it still didn't arrive I contacted them again requesting a refund. It's been several days now and I have yet to hear from them or get my refund. Customer service and communication is the worst. Buyer beware.
